Exploring the Lovely Professional University

The fees for this course is 50,000 per semester and we are having 6 semesters in total so we have 3,00,000. We also different scholarship by which we can avail for fee reduction through test or quotas.

The university organize various different type of workshops based upon diverse topics and collaborate with famous personalities and will will get a chance to meet them. University also celebrate different events on the occasion of every festival. The University is also organising mega events like One India One World, International Conferences etc. The University is having a huge sports complex where we can play each and every type of indoor and outdoor sports. In the Division of Student welfare we can be the part of different clubs different national organisation like NCC

The college I opted for is DU, JNU, BHU and I can't take admission is because of cutoff and I was rejected. The reason why I choose LPU is that its curriculum is good, good infrastructure, good facilities and the faculties is experienced and we can get industrial experience here and get placements. We can also get scholarship over our fees, which will be reduced according to our performance and we can also get global exposure and can get a chance to study abroad through semester exchange programs.

The faculties teaches us very well by giving us practical examples according to course curriculum in the class. They are experienced in GIS, Remote sensing, and urban planning. Supportive with industry ties and research projects. The course structure includes all the branches ofthe Geography subject with interdisciplinary subjects including core, electives and practical courses. The exams are: Internals having 30% weightage Semester examination having 70% weightage And there is a grading system for results, which is having 10-point scale system. The exam levels are not very much difficult. My Favourite teacher is Dr. Shikha Dutta mam, who is always being their as our mother. In our class almost everyone is passed. The courses are very much relevant to the curriculum and the courses of the curriculum also comprises of the topic which we have to study for any competitive exams.

The nighlife in inside and around college campus is very much safe and secure we can get the security guards in each and every corner of the campus. In the university we will also have Gym, cafeteria which is known as food courts in each and every corner of the university. The college timings for boys hostel and girls hostel are different, the maximum out time for entry time is 8:00 pm for girls.But for day scholars the maximum department time is 6:30 pm. The famous hangout places in the university is Unimall, food courts, play Grounds etc.
