Internship opportunities were provided and students can also go for internships as per their own wish in the semester breaks Small companies in Mohali and Chandigarh give opportunities for internships with stipends from 10000
Placement Experience
Placement Scenario is good but depends on every course with relevance to the requirements in the market Engineering courses have high placements over other courses in this university For new departments, placements would not be that frequent as compared to established departments
Fees and Financial Aid
Fees structure for my course was very affordable, only 55000 per year was a very commendable fee structure Scholarships were also available to students in need and were applied and provided easily Every year
Campus Life
Campus Life was very enjoyable and everyone will be missed The college life with hostels makes a memorable time for your life which you'll always cherish Sports tournaments were organised as inter departments Clubs were organised within each department College festivals were organised by each department on festivals
Hostel Facilities
Hostel facility is very good and cheap with electric and water included in the 20000 per year fees Hostel admission process is very tiresome as it requires waiting in lines for the whole day but that takes place only once in a year so not a big issue overall
Admission
Eligibility of the course was Maths as a subject in secondary education Rest admission was merit based and seats filled up quickly Reservation benefits were given while scholarships and admission was on first come first serve basis
Faculty
Faculty to student Ratio was about 1:40 which could be attended easily Experienced professors and well experienced teaching faculty, office work also done efficiently Friendly teachers and mentorship, could ask teachers for suggestions anytime
