Course Curriculum Overview

I am first year btech student and here pursuing for civil engineering ,the labs and faculty here is top notch rather than some faculty,the exams are very frequent in three months 3 in sem exam are there for practicing

Fees and Financial Aid

As our college is jain college so jain students get 50 percent concession in their fees,other than merit students get 50 to 80 percent fees back.so by our college there is not a kind of financial aid to students.

Campus Life

There is sports facility In our college and there are sports events though here.all of the classrooms are well organised and has projector to visualise the things more better taught in class,and many more .

Hostel Facilities

The hostel is so nice and clean here,there is daily cleaning of rooms and area of hostel,the things provided to us are wardrobe,locker ,bunker beds,and no so many things ????.the rooms got by here are by marks we get in mhtcet

Hostel Fee: INR 25000 per year

Admission

My college in my city is one of the oldest established in 1983 and first autonomous college so I applied here. In this college exams preference is mhtcet and jee mains.other college that I applied were not close to this one

Faculty

The faculty here is super duper experienced and mastery in there courses,the physics and mechanics faculty here is so nice.and there are so many labs for every subject.and i think it is so well maintained.

Night Life

There is no gym in our college provided to us, but there is library to study.our hostel is so near to our college and it is fully safe place to live to students.its so strict to students here and it is good thing

Our course starting form first directly go according to our branch form this new syllabus disign for core metallurgy and materials if you perform well in first year then you can take minor subject which is extra advantage for us but you have to maintain good cgp in both otherwise you have to leave subject or you may have extend you degree time.

My Experience at VNIT Nagpur

Placement Experience:

In VNIT the students are eligible to sit for campus placements is after 4th semester that is from 3rd year and there are many companies which visit VNIT Nagpur such as Deollite, Google, Amazon, Accenture and many more, the placement percentage of last year is 77.59% with Highest Package of 64 lpa and average package of 11.57 lpa

My experience of iiit pune

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible for campus placements once they enter 3rd year of college. Some notable companies that visit the campus is nomura, walmart, amazon, nvidia and they take 5-6 candidates each while nomura takes 15-16 per year. The highest on campus is 43 lakhs while off campus is around 1.4cr. average package is 14-15 lpa mostly for swe roles. Percentage student getting placed is 50% oncampus and if we add off campus the number goes to 80%. I plan to work in the industry for 2-3 years and then try to go for masters.

Companies like John deere, HPCL, Bose, L&T and various other reputed companies visit the campus for placements Last year around 155-160 companies visited the campus. Placement Experience:

From 6 or 7 sem i can say you are elligible for campus placement before that in 3rd sem and 4 sem you are ready for your internship programs . The companies which visted are very prestigious mnc and top industries like google , microsoft and manb more last year 178 companies visited the campus The highest package was 64 lpa and avg was 15 lpa for placement you need to have good skill and decent cgpa. My plan is to buld my own company and gain some experience after that for industrial experience i will get job do my start up because our college always tell us to innovate and get lots of experience and gain more and more skills

The placement scene was average. Most of my friends got placed but at a basic package. One of my friends got a high package of 7 lakhs per annum. But the interesting part was that he was regularly irregular to the college. He got placed just because of his skills.
