Course Curriculum Overview

The reason why I chose this college over the other one is of course the affordability apart from that Now there can be a lot of improvements to the curriculum like focusing on more practical exams There were 3 exams per semester which consisted of 2 MST's and 1 end term examination

Class Size: 180Course Fees: INR 150000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

My Course consisit of 6 semesters and the fees structure was same for every semester that is 24500 apart from that there were some exam fees as well. There were some scolarships and financial aid was availbale there

Campus Life

The campus have various events going on from technical to art and other things. There are seminaras as well from time to time there was also a summer training in our 5th semester There are social groups as well that are run by students for students

Admission

I choose Chandigarh group of colleges Jhanjeri because of 1. Campus Culuture - The college have the beautiful yet very well maintained campus. The culture was great too 2. Affordibility - This college is more on the affordable side then the other ones in the area

Faculty

The faculty was decent we had both theoritical and practical exams the theoritcal exams consist of 60 marks and the practical ones with 40 with the total of 100 marks. You can get a repear if you dont study well which was very common in our btach

Night Life

As i was a day scholar so i dont know much about the nightlife about the college but there was gym in both the hostels whether girl or boys the hostels timings were different for both girls and boys with more strict towards girls

Normal insights over chandigarh university

Placement Experience:

I think in 3rd semestewr they offer the extra coure for placements and all the placements are good in chandigarh university in the end of the college degre we will get a avg job by their offered placements.

BEST COLLEGE

Placement Experience:

1. After 6 semesters the students become eligible for there college placements 2.The companies that visited my college are google microsoft and various other large tech companies and the largest offer made to our students were 1 crore ctc 3. The highest package was 1 crore ctc in our college and average package is that of 15 lpa in our college 4.There are 50-60% of students that get placements from our college 5.My plans after getting the degree is to get a good placement offer if not then getting into an multinational firm

Students can attend placement seminars in their last year of graduation. There are mostly placement offers for the role of sales and marketing or chat-call executives. IT companies do visit also but very rarely and they only hire only 5 to 10 candidates. There are sometimes unpaid internship opportunities available too.

Course Curriculum Overview:

BCA in itself is not a very good course that will gurantee your placement in a good company with high package, Its relevance is high only beacuse its easy to complete and get the degree. For good packages you have to do MCA or work harder on your skill to get a good job. BCA helps in building base of your coding career, it offers a good grasp of C/CPP, Java and DataStructure.

Sggs is alright, if you dont expect much

Course Curriculum Overview:

I chose this course because i was interested in computers and didn't wanted to do arts, and i was underqualified for other streams. Every class has about 45 students, the number vary but not much. The faculty and teachers are helpful. There maybe some slacking by both sides here and there but its alright. The teaching mathod varies. If you know what youre doing the exams are not that hard to pass.

College is truly wonderful

Placement Experience:

In 4th or 5th semester, students become eligible for campus placement. Many companies visited like, amazon, paytm, flipkart, skrill, justdial, swiggy, zomato and many more. 90% students got placed. The minimum average package companies offered to students is around 1.5 lakhs and maximum 2.5 lakhs.

Excellent collage in chandigarh

Placement Experience:

Every year number of companies visit college to give student jobs. Well known companies visit in college like Google Amazon Tata Nike etc. In the last semester we are eligible for campus placement. The highest package was given by Amazon to one of the student of our college Was 2 crore per annum. The average package of our college was 20 lakh per annum. There are likely all the students Get placement. I had planned to become a software developer after my degree was completed
