I choose this course because of the level of this college as it is number one college for mechanical engineering in kerala and in South India so that i choose this College The curriculum makes me a good skilled person as it makes our lives better and i can understand the topics clearly Need some more practical approches ti the subjects And some skill developing cources Exam are bit difficult due to autonomous

We have an tieup with ISRO and other company elwe got interships witj many companies many offere stipend which is good and we can develop our skill by these interships and there are many projects here

Here are good placement opportunity. Many students got placement here many core companies will come here and we got places companies like mrf, TATA, TCL, and many more companies come here so these are the main companies here. 32 LPA was the top placed here.

Fees and Financial Aid

I have paid more than 50000 as fee per year even though it is government college. It is not that affordable to pay these much fees. Now this college is autonomous and we are the first batch so it is bit difficult to follow the syllabus

Campus Life

Hestia is the tech deat of our colleges and many events will take place here last year there were more than 300+ technical and non technical programs many clubs are here like ISTE SAE ASME FILM AND DRAMA ISHRA and many more

Hostel Facilities

Hostel facility is not that good and also they are taking high fees as rent it is not affordable per month it is around 8000 and food is not that good less food options high fees it is not affordable for eberyone

Admission

Our college is very different from others due to the syllabus technology and techno culture fest everything here is different from other colleges and it is one of the main reson for choosing this college Admission procedure is through keam exam or management quota i came here through keam and i got a rank of 6000 and for management it is 10 lakhs

Faculty

Exams are good faculties are okay but some are not good. Internal marks are giving not so good but its okay syllabus is good projest based course are thee where we can build skills many students skill development teams like SAE ASME are available everyone can join

Interview Experience

No it was a direct selection process after keam admission was direct and we should come to college for selection and the procedure was simple we should bring our details for this and it is as simple as that

Night Life

Yess there are many hangout spots inside college and outside apj park is the centre of attraction of the college and also mech point canteen ithade chayakada ikkade chayakkada and many more spots are here we are enjoying our life here

The campus placements are decent. getting placed in a big company is more about having the technical and soft skills to pass the interviews. the placement training helps us develop soft skills but the technical skills must be developed ourselves.

Students in 7th and 8th semester are eligible to sit for campus placements. Companies like Oracle, Goldman Sachs, L&T, Bajaj, Caterpillar and PSU's like BEL,HPCL and BPCL come to the college usually the coding companies offer aroung 35-40 LPA CTC and the core PSU companies offer around 17-18 LPA. Highest Package is 51 LPA and an Average Package of 12 LPA. Nearly 85% students from Circuit and CS branch get placed and around 60% in core branches who sit for placements, My plans after getting the degree is to join MBA to learn how business world works and how the money flows
