The college has beautiful campus and the engagement with campus life is good.
My department has good faculty expertise and i appreciate their teaching methods
organising the technical talks and helps to build networks

Dislikes

The infrastructure of the college is not up to the mark as it has 75years of history
Least importance to extra curricular activities

Course Curriculum Overview

We have total 5 events. Out of which, 2 internals and 1 assignment or seminar. Internals is of 30 marks and assignment or seminar is of 20 marks. CIE is of 40. They conduct SEE for 100 marks and reduce to 60 marks. And add CIE + SEE

Class Size: 34Course Fees: INR 111306 per year

Internships Opportunities

Biocon, cipla, syngine,merk etc . I have no much idea about placements . Lecturers offer many projects under their guidance and helps privately under thri own risks. Also, we have officially assigned projects as well

Placement Experience

Here, students from 5th sem onwards become eligible for placements. 85% of the students are being placed depending upon their abilities and talent. After getting the degree i might be working or will be preparing for the masters

Campus Life

My college is reputed one. People from different places praise my college. College has provided place for many clubs. Club organizes dance competition , fests etc. Also there is an access to library .

Hostel Facilities

Girls hostel the most worst part of the college. No nutrition Food. Not well treated, irresponsible staffs, delayed works. Rude warden. It's worst than jail. Meal, if I could rate then it would be 0/10

Hostel Fee: INR 90000 per year

Admission

I didn't have any idea of my college earlier. I have been allotted to this college through KCET. It's a huge campus of around 108 acres College has good environment , maintained gardens. Dislike thing is no college canteen. And no maintained washrooms

Faculty

I appreciate the decency of my department. My department has experienced faculties who provide all the beneficiary things. They not only help in academics but also guide us personally . Since ours is small department we consider ourselves as a biotech family

Night Life

Nightlife in campus is also good. Street lights are present everywhere in and around campus Timings for girls hostel is : morning 6;30 and eve 7:30 Timings for boys hostel is : NO TIME LIMIT AS SUCH. LARA'S CAFE is the most hangout place inside the campus

4 Placement Experience:

From the 7 th semester students can get eligible for placement and internship from the any semester if you become capable. Companies like Google, microsoft, dell,capezimi comes in our college and make offers around 1000 every years. Around 80% students are getting placed in our cse department. My plan is to take placement from this college on a higher note.

My Honest Review of My College

Placement Experience:

- The students become eligible for placements from the 6th sem itself. - There are lot of companies ranging from Samsung to Infosis to TCS which provide a package ranging from 4LPA to 34LPA. - Highest Package (This year): 34LPA and Lowest is 4LPA. - Students placement stats: Around 80% students get placed - My plan is to get into a good Product Based Company after my degree.

placements of pesu campus is really good thus securing us the spot of top 3 colleges in karnatake, apple and ibm also hire from pesu which is very hard to find in india colleges. highest cse package in 2025 is around 54 lakhs and average is around 12 lakhs. percentage of students getting place is comparetively low with around 60%,my plans after getting degree are to hopefully to be placed in campus placements

The placement at SVIT Bengaluru area quite impressive , especially in the technical field like Computer science, Civil, Electrical and Machanical Engineering.The college has a dedicated placement cell that students get the best opportunities for internship and final placement .At SVIT , Students typically become eligible for campus placement from the 7 th semester . However, the placement cell starts preparing students for interview and skill development from the 5 th semester onwards though mock interview , resume - building workshops , and personality development session.SVIT Bengaluru has strong industry connection , especially in the IT and engineering sectors .some of the companies that regularly visit the campus recruitment includes. TCS , Infosys , Wipro, Congnizant, Accenture,IBM, Capgemini ,Tech Mahendra , Amazon.High- package : The highest salary package offered in recent year was around 15 - 18 lakhs per annum for candidates . Average package: The average salary package offered is ar8 4- 5 lakhs per annum. The placement rates at SVIT is consistently high . On average , around 80-85% of eligible students get placed in good companies.

Placement Experience:

Out of 400 students only 150 were placed and few still didn't receive their offer letters yet. I didnt get placed so it was very hard for me to get a job. When the placements started the whole world was going on recession that had very bad impact on us.

My first year in PESITM

Placement Experience:

There is college placements in here. The students studying in 7th semester are eligible for campus placements. They should also not be having any backlogs. There are various companies that visit our college. Some of them are Infosys, Wipro, L and T, TCS, Anventure etc. On an average around 70% to 80% students get placed who are eligible for placements. I actually plan on joining a IT company for a reasonable salary just for experience purpose. And then pursue higher studies

One of the best colleges or universities for B Tech and pocket friendly

Placement Experience:

The College was there for more than 10 years , but there was only Post graduate courses available , like M-tech , Msc , etc. The College for B-tech has started just before 2 years , there are no batches which has been output till now. The students are also waiting to see the batches to get output and see the placements taking place. As a student I am also eager about the campus placements.
