  • Sometimes when hostel students want to use bus facility they are denied as only the day scholars are allowed to use University bus facilities.

Course Curriculum Overview :

Academics are pulling up together like Christ or NLSIU as we have same curriculum as theirs. Infact a few extra have been added as we as a university has the highest number of subjects every semester. One has to learn very quickly here as turn around time betweent the semester is very less.

Placement Experience :

Campus placements of law department are in full swing. Real estate developer like the Shobha Developer and The UB group are among the ones who needs lawyers regularly and this is where we get placements. Many law firms like Phoenix Legal, Sai Krishna and Associates among many have hired many of us in the past for an annual package between 6-10 Lakhs per annum.

Fees and Financial Aid :

Fesst at Presidency University for third year students is 140k, as it was 130k last year. So around a 8% hike is seen. Even though it's a private university but we still have a plenty of scholarship programs to support the backward class students and students of EWS category.

Campus Life :

Presidency University societies are among the top level societies and some of them are public speaking society, moot court society, library society, and debate societies to name a few. Among events and fests we have Ethnic Day and Freshers day. Universities fest includes Utbhavs and Inventia.

Hostel Facilities :

Hostels are inside the campus and that was the reason my parents allowed me for Presidency University. So, firstly thanks to the university and then we have 7 girls hostels and as I live in a 3 seater room the fees for the same is 1.04 lakhs. This also includes mess fees were we are given a proper nutritious food.

Admission :

I applied for Ramaiah and Christ University besides Presidency University and I had invitation from all three universities. I just loved the admission process here as just 2 cut-off lists based on our 12th percentage. Those who made the cut were given a direct phonecall and were invited to come and pay the fees and secure the admission.

Faculty :

The faculties are no different from what it as at other private universities as most of them have same qualifications and same background. However, the reason why Presidency University has moved up from they were in last few years to where they are, the new faculties have a role to play in that.

Night Life :

A log of cafes in the vicinity are available and most of them are crowded with Presidency university students. Me and my friend regularly visit the cafes such as Aice Spice, CKN Hotel, Mushroom Paradise and Cafe 69.

Placement Experience:

As i am in my 3rd year of law degree we are not yet informed about the placement process yet. As getting knowledge from other seniors and friends the placement chances are low in the degree of law compared to other courses. My plans after getting degree is to do my higher studies that is LLM

Course Curriculum Overview:

This college is the best in karnataka for a pvt law school, and ranked top 13 in india for law schools. Its very convenient for bangaloreans to attend here as of its location. They have a very well built campus and infra which is clean and green. The course is application oriented. We have a lot of moots, trials and other legal competitions held within and outside college, helps in real life law. We have tests every month and 2 end sem examsn in a year.

Placement Experience:

The semester from its winds become eligible for campus placements is ninth semester. Companies like CAM , SAM , Trilegal do visit us during placement period. Usually we have 15 to 20 offers that are made to students The highest package that has been offered is about 18 lakhs. And the average is ten lakhs Only the top 10% students get placements. Others have to get through their own merit outside placements. My plan after getting degree is too pursue Technology law.

Placement Experience:

The highest paiding would be around 20 to 21 lakh per annum which only maybe 3 to 4 students receive and that would be the tirr one form that come for placements next are the tier 2 firms and these places offer up to 12 to 13 lakh per annum. I wouldn't be sitting for any of these placement because my plan is to go back home and start practicing as an advocate

Course Curriculum Overview:

The exams are difficult and it's too tough and only some students will clear all subject all others will get backlogs and if we study clearly before the exam by preparing for the old question paper we can pass

Course Curriculum Overview:

I'd like to give 10 on 10 for the curriculum. Though subjects year wise could be swapped which could have been beneficial for us in terms of internship but that had already been taken care of from the succeeding batch.

Placement Experience:

Out of all the law schools in India, NLSIU has the best placement so yes that's something to look forward to! Almost all Tier 1 firms come to NLSIU for placements the university has its own campus recruitment committee, and most students bag PPOs. However, the options after college are not limited to this, and many students prepare fr civil services exams or practice as advocates, or go for the judiciary.
