- If the students find difficulty in any subject they can meet the faculties and clear their doubts.
- They balance both extra curricular activities and studies equally. Despite conducting fest every month they manage to educate the students.

- There's this particular warden from hostel who's rude towards students
Course Curriculum Overview
Despite being new combination the curriculum is relevant to course. And since not all students are from science they're teaching the basics to the students who are not from science background. The curriculum is more about practical than theoretical. And they explain accordingly. For now I don't believe there's no need for area of development for this course curriculum.
Fees and Financial Aid
AI'm currently pursuing first year of B.Sc in Data Science. This combination was introduced in this year, we're the first batch of this new combination. 1) The year-wise fees you paid (or will be paying). For first year the total fees is 74,500 in Rupees. Tuition fees is 3,500, Management fees is 59,500, for second language I chose additional English and fee is 7,500 and for bridge course for mathematics was 4000. Since it's a new course I don't know about fee for the next year. The course fee of first year vary based on the student's previous education location. Students from Karnataka: 53,000 Students from Other states: 63,000 NRI students: 93,000 SAARC Nationals: 83,000 Forign Nationals: 1,13,000 For the second language the fee differs according to the language for Additional english it's 7,500, for French it's 8000 and for Malayalam it's 7000 . For Konkani and Sanskrit it's free of cost and I have no idea about the fee for Kannada and Hindi. 2) Names and amounts of scholarships or financial aid that are available for students. Like merit cum need. The institution provides scholarship and fee concession for various reasons including merit cum need. The scholarships provided by government are accepted but these students are not eligible for institutional scholarship. Kreeda spoorti - Scholarships for state and national sports participants/ winners. Vidya spoorti - Need cum merit scholarship for students who scored above 60% in their previous exams Fee concession for students socially disadvantaged/ marginalized groups.
Campus Life
The campus life of this institution has ever been vibrant. There are extra curricular and co curricular activities for students. It's mandatory for students to associations. In the first semester they conduct helath and wellness and yoga classes for students. Social concern activities like sahaya activities conducted for students where they help people in need, etc. There's a vast library which consists of books from every genre. There are separate libraries for Post graduate students and undergraduate students. Students are provided with online library where they can get study materials and past question papers.
Hostel Facilities
Hostel services can be improved. Sometimes the curry tastes like boiled water, too bland. Each room has a cot, cupboard, coat hanger, etc. In terms of sports they conduct tournament and provide sports equipments. I'm rating 2 stars for the importance to sports, fests and some friendly wardens.
Admission
I have shortlisted couple of colleges to join and was planning to join BCA instead of B.Sc in Data Science. I didn't face rejection from any college since I didn't apply but I got rejected from joining BCA since the seats were full but provided an alternate which is B.Sc in Data science. The addmission process not rocket science, it involves filling a application through a online portal and the officials will let you know the date and time for the interview. The minimum eligibility for this course is 60% . And students from any background can join this course except for arts. There are no entrance exams for this course.
Faculty
The faculties of this institution are friendly and caring. The classes are interactive and if any if any students lack in the subjects they conduct extra one hour of classes. And students can visit the department to inform their to issues to their class guides. I don't personally like or didn't like any facilities, they're good at teaching. There are 6 semesters and each semester has 2 internal exam and 1 main semester exam. Usually the first semester easier compared to other semesters.
Night Life
To be honest there's no night life in Campus. Students are allowed to stay inside campus till 6:30. There's gym facility with personal trainer and for students of this institution get special offer and students are provided with calisthenics rig who can't afford gym membership. The hostelites are allowed to go out at 4:00 PM and should get back before 6:30 PM. Hostelites are allowed after 8:00 PM to go out but should return back to the hostel before 9:00 PM. The most famous places in campus are peace park, canteen and Al-jordin. And students visit Damannah's food truck, Bites and zen café which are outside the campus. And locality is safe for students to roam around at night but not recommended after 11:00 PM due to police patrol they might suspect the passerby. Despite not having proper nightlife, there's annual day where students celebrate with eachother at around 8:00 PM.
