Course Curriculum Overview

3

The Course Curriculum Should be defined as:- Relevance: 8/10 The BBA course curriculum at St. Aloysius College is designed to provide students with a solid foundation in business principles and practices. The curriculum covers relevant topics such as management, marketing, finance, accounting, and human resources. Comprehensiveness: 7.5/10 The curriculum appears to be comprehensive, covering a wide range of business-related subjects. However, some areas like data analytics, digital marketing, and entrepreneurship could be done in depth which gives a quick knowledge to students in the changing environment seeking knowledge about the business nature their analysis should be helpful which is lack and needs to be improve. The Aspects that influence Me the most is about the experienced faculties the college provides a knowledgeable faculties that are much experienced ensuring students in grabbing the requested knowledge in their field also the college has Library and the lab which carry a variety range of collection of different programs and resources. The area needs to be improve is about the enterpreneurship provide more resources which would helpful in seeking knowledge and develop skills. Increase Industry Exposer by organising more industrial visits providing side experience to students. The Exams are Conducted In their sequence as planned and can be taken with a gaph of 3 days after every exam and the level of exam from my perspective is easy to moderate it covers only reasonable questions which were not so difficult as well.

Internships Opportunities

4

There were internship opportunities available in college that were to be offered to the students with a 7.5 CGPA and above and also if they had selected the internship option at the time of filling the admission form. The internship was provided on the business companies and also at the finance sector for finance students as a loan advisor and in business sector companies as a receptionist, marketing manager, sales executive, etc with having a stipend of Rs 6000 - Rs 7000 per month and some time the internship are unpaid only for the experience purpose.

Placement Experience

3

Talking about The Campus Placement Of St. Aloysius College, the students are eligible to sit in the campus placement after the end of their 5th Semester. The Eligibility requirements that the students need to fulfill for the placement are:- 1. Students need to pass every Semester With no Exam, or we can say ATKT. 2. Students With 7.5 CGPA in their Past Semester Are Only Eligible For Sitting In The Campus Placement. The Highest Package Of My Stream last Year was from The Finance Stram that is Of 3,00,000 Per Annum and the Average Package Is 1,50,000 Per Annum . Every Year, 45% of the students get the placement.

Campus Life

5

My Overall experience with my campus life was so good and would be much enthusiastic as The Classroom and the Society Were good and would be much adaptable the classroom were high designed with Gadgets and also the lab and the library that covers a variety of books , journals and some of the research papers that must be helpful in gathering knowledge. Their were events organised by the students and teachers which I love to participate also My favourite was the Miracki Fest and The Annual Social Gatherings which is organised by the students and the college every year at The month of December. The sports activities were also performed on backhand by their appointed staff and their were inter College competition and also the sports day celebrations.

Admission

The reason for choosing this College is their Academics Aloysius College: Offers a comprehensive BBA program with industry-aligned curriculum, experienced faculty, and specializations in finance, marketing, and human resources. while the other college like:- College A: Has a more theoretical approach, with limited specializations and less industry exposure.Offers a more general business program, lacking the depth and specializations provided by St. Aloysius College. Also, My Second Reason Is About their Infrastructure Aloysius College: Boasts modern infrastructure, including a well-stocked library, computer labs College A: Has limited infrastructure, with outdated facilities and limited resources. Faculty and Industry Connections St. Aloysius College has experienced faculty members with industry expertise and strong connections with industries for internships, projects, and placements. College A Lacks industry connections, with limited opportunities for internships and placements. Location and Campus Life St Aloysius College Is Near to my location and also their are various facilities like bus and transport are available to go their as it is located on a well centralized area. While College A is Located on Remote areas having lack of transport and not the bus facility which is also the big reason for me to not opted this college. Talking about the Eligibility, so their is not an entrance exam required for admission; only the students need to pass with 50% in their recognised stream. It is required; there is no cutoff or any entrance exam.

Faculty

4

The faculty to student relations is good and the facilities were very knowledgeable and also cooperative. Guide students in their path provide a reasonable answer the solution of their mistakes that I like the most Although some faculties are not good as well in their behaviour with the students and not much cooperative with the student in order of guidance. Talking about the Exam Pattern And Their Level:- Their Would be marking on Accordance with the NEP ( New Education Policy ) Which Denotes that. Their Would be A Centralized CCE Exams which is of 20 Marks . Each Paper Carry 20 Marks And 20 Marks Are Based On Your Performance That is In Your attendance, Your Working, Assignment. At Last their Would be A Semester Exams Which Is of 60 Marks the exam questions are on easy to moderate level and 75 % of the students were able to clear the exam.

Night Life

5

Although I am not A Hostel student Soo I am not having the experience about the night hang out but Some of my hostel friends share their experiences and they told me that the environment surrounded outside the college campus was soo good and full of joy the park outside the college campus was the most likely place by me love to site over their absorbing the wonderful environment.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Honestly, with respect to relevance, I would rate it low since most of the topics that were taught to us in these 3 years felt like an extension of the 11th &12th grade. A lot of the things we studied felt familiar since we had already studied it so we were disappointed as we thought we weren't learning anything new and growing and developing. However in the 3 year we did learn some new and interesting topics that was very refreshing.
