college atmosphere and the location, its situated in a village area, surrounded by mountains and forest
college life, facilities, also the faculties character

also the availability of water is less during summer season,but water supplies are available

Course Curriculum Overview :

syllabus and the curriculum all are understandable, syllabus covers almost all parts, not too difficult, but the syllabus is outdated, so you need to do extra workshop like stuff for gaining new knowledge

Class Size : 1000Course Fees : INR 150000 per year

Internships Opportunities :

companies like bosh, wipro, l&t all are providing internship with decent amount of stipend for students who are selected, during the intership period an mini project will be assigned you need to complete it in order to get the certificate, and valued by the company

Placement Experience :

from 6-7th semester onwards you are eligible for placement, companies may select good skilled one by conducting interviews and talk sessions, companies like l&t, tata, federal bank, wipro etc are the main recruiting companies

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

on admission first we need to pay an amount of rupees 15000 later for hostel admission a 10000 is needed,then monthly hostel fee is around 5k,and also scholarship are available for all categories like sc,st,obc, ews

Campus Life :

.annual fest which is named as noopuram will be conducted in February month, also tech fest named dyuksha will be conducted in December ( odd sem), .a large library is available which contains almost all books ,from basics to advanced also sports is well promoted, our college has won several zone and interzone matches with othe colleges and universities,and has our own team clubs like rudra, rdc etc which promotes singing, dancing and other activities like space research are available

Hostel Facilities :

room contains 3 seperate beds ( a room is for 3 person) meel and other food are also excellent when compared to other hostels while taking admission just fill a form for hostel admission and pay an advance amount of 15000 in which 11500 will be refunded while you exiting from the hostel .local private hostel are also available in low budget to high budget

Hostel Fee : INR 5000 per year

Admission :

i mainly focused on campus placement, campus life and easiness of travel, travelling expenses etc,nss college of engineering is 2 most largest government college in kerala, and its also it provides good placement and campus life is also good as i expected

Faculty :

faculties and their way of teaching all are excellent when compared to other government colleges there will be 2 series exam and practical sessions,which determines the internal mark ( /50), and end semester exam will be there( /100),in total out of 150 how much you scored determines yhe the grade

Night Life :

.college gym is available, yearly 1000 rupees, and the quality is average cafeteria are also provided with wide range of taste library are also available one central Library and seperate library for each department mens hostel timing- upto night 9:30 college timing- morning 7am to night 9:30pm inside college there several spots for resting including a tree named " supplymaram",and outside college includes malampuzha dam, fantasy park, mountain view etc, its safe to roam around at night

Campus pacements are pretty average here but I think there has been improvements since the college got NBA accredited. Anyways an avg student would get placed into a minimu of 3lakh per annum salary package

G.E.C. PALAMU : A. Brief Overview .

Course Curriculum Overview:

See I have Jee mains exam in 2024 . I attended the JCECEB counseling, I got this college first I thought will this college be suitable for me , but when I came here I think that I am satisfied. I choose Electrical branch here . As I mentioned the course BEE and PPS. also helping us from the starting to get a better way to understand the course , means what is it all about . In my opinion the classes should be for much long duration as for now it's around 1.2 hours per class as per the routine, so according to me Classes duration should extend. As talked from the seniors I got to know that the difficulty level of exams are quite moderate , means the students who have studied for the exams will. Not find any difficulty bin scoring good , also most of the questions are repetitive.

An honest review of GCE KANNUR by a student

Placement Experience:

The students become eligible for placement from 5th semester and there are a lot of companies which conduct placement in our college some of them are TCS ,L&T,Indian oil adani limited, J&J ,TATA ELXSI And more The average is 4 to 6 and highest is 18 LPA but there are students who got 24 to 30 LPA without college placement working your own to find a company More than 60 percentage of the students gets placed every year and the percentage is increasing yearly I'm planning to write ICRB EXAM after the degree to get into ISRO

There are over 800 placements everyyear we get from this college it's quite well we get the placement traning too for it, people at first may learn little low which could discourage me aa a student l, but believing that later on after gaining much more experience I could get the best One helpled me to stick on to this college palacement.if I don't get the deserved placement as well I would look for the gate exam by which I could countinue my education there with good standards..
