Likes

Experienced faculties and we'll equipped library
Annual event called cusp which is the most awaiting
Well equipped basketball court and badminton court

Dislikes

The less available of food courts and cafes
Canteen food is not good and needs for attention
Area streetlight and less available of ola and ubers

Course Curriculum Overview

Anybody who wants to serve people can choose this course. Dental surgery includes all the medical subjects as well as our dental subjects. This course provides maximum output in all the fields and it has 8 departments.

Class Size: 100Course Fees: INR 300000 per year

Internships Opportunities

Our college provides internship with around 70k to 1 lakh per annum as per students skill and knowledge. We have to work for camps and organise it for every department in our internship. College provides buses also .

Fees and Financial Aid

If you want to pursue a medical course, this college provides maximum facilities. More experienced faculties and we'll equipped instruments. This college builts overall both academically and socially.

Campus Life

We have so much fun here in our college. The annual fest which is called CUSP is the most awaiting time as well as our college sponsors IDA Indian dental association conference every year which provides maximum knowledge through presentations.

Hostel Facilities

Our college provides both AC and non AC rooms. Canteen food is not upto the mark Hostel rooms are quite good and all ventilated and it is three seated bedroom with attached bathroom and cleaned properly.

Admission

As this college comes under utkal university which is a govt aid platform and it also provides maximum output from other colleges. This college allows OJEE entrance students with good rank and mark in neet

Faculty

The faculty to student ratio is fair the faculties are much experienced and knowledgeable they provide utmost care to our overall success. Every faculty is one of their own kind , surgery department teachers are top notch. Our exam is under utkal university and the pass fail ratio is 70:30.

Complete guide to SCB dental college

Course Curriculum Overview:

BDS will be a wonderful course of u are completely into it . Because it's much more than study human biology. It is very important to understand all the practicals and clinical aspects. After completing graduation you can open your clinic or get a govt job by applying state PSC exams. But the govt should give more placements in govt sector. From 2023 we have 3 internals and 1 main university exam.

My experience in SCB dental College, Almost good except the job part!

Course Curriculum Overview:

Once a year there are board exams. There are total 4 board exams in the course. Also there are 4 internal exams before each board exam. Difficulty is moderate for the theory exams but the viva part is really scary.

As all know Neet UG is the only exam acceptable for the admission in Hitech Dental College and Hospital. If you are selected in the ojee headquarters then you can come for the admission for which when you fill the form you have to keep HDCH as a choice . Overall exam experience was a bit hectic in ojee office as I was missing some of my documents. COMPLETE OVERVIEW OF HITECH DENTAL COLLEGE

I didn't applied for any other BDS colleges bcoz I knew other were private college and they are deemed bodies as Hitech is a semi govt I had applied for OJEE and thus I got in Hitech Dental College and hospital. I choosed bcoz it was near to Cuttack and for a semi govt certificate No there are very less dental schools. other colleges charge too much money that's why I didn't consider and SCBDCH is govt only as far considered....Read More
