I liked the interaction between student and teacher and the way they put there efforts.
Clean and hygienic environment and the overall vibe is good. And whole campus is wifi available

The hostel food is not very good and very poor breakfast.
The lab equipment are not much available and practical work is not according to master level.

Course Curriculum Overview :

I am influenced by the work of stem cell in cancer Biology. Not so good and Not so bad, MEDIOCRE. Improvement in lab and practical work. Also they can provide some research programs and internship. some time its disturbing and some time easy.

Class Size : 33Course Fees : INR 650000 per year

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

The yearly academic fees of my course MSc. Hons. Zoology is 65000 per year including all different charges. I also pay 70000 for the hostel and management services. There is a discount for students who previously studied at DAV Institute and for those with an Army background. They also provide scholarships through tests. Scholarship for army background is 40% off on tuition fees.

Campus Life :

There are many confrences about the science and different fields. Also have fresher and farewell program. There are so much books are in library including novels and foreign author books. Not so much. There are sports also like cricket, basketball, volleyball, badminton, marathon etc. There are NSS and NCC.

Admission :

I only apply for Himachal Pradesh University and I am not selected there. And the reason to choose this university is not particular, I am recommended by a friend. Rejection from HPU because I can not qualify the entrance exam. Admission process is simple. yo visit with your document pay the fees and its done.

Faculty :

Faculty and student relationship is great and there approachable ways are good. Dr. Abhay, Dr. Sumit, Dr. Tejinder Kaur, Dr. Parveen, Dr. Ashish and also the rest of faculty is good and always teach us in friendly manner. i don't think like that for any of them. Exam midterm are easy but final term are difficult. only 5 student have supply and course is much related.

Something is better than nothing

Course Curriculum Overview:

I really like Mathematics and course is also well structured so I chose this course And yeah they also try to relate the thing with real life problem. they inhance the capability of problems solving skills and analytical thinking . Overall the way they teach is good but they can improve it more .also the timing between 1st and second minor is too less we don't get much time to get prepared well due to the heavy syllabus .so they should improve in the syllabus it's too heavy

I think this course might help me to enter in IT industry and let me sharpen my hemisphere of skills that are required to run an company and team...though i don't think college provide any specific training and placement programs for students.Even teachers just cover syllabus they don't provide any extra material and skills

Admission:

The admission process of the college is held on the basis of the marks that a student gets in their graduation. As I took admission to the M.sc course so all the detailed marksheet were being required by the college.

Placement Experience:

The placement cell of the college is not very good. Though small companies come together every year to hire the students but the salary packages aren't too good.But the college is very prestigious and a student can use the talent and knowledge that this college give in the outer world and job field.

In starting, once you come across the teacher you will be rewarded and appreciated irrespective of the work or studies for the whole of the semester until when you meet him/her. Best University for Talented Students

Remarks:

The good remark is it is a educational university and provide a platform for students to explore and increase their knowledge.and the bad part is the more plantation is needed although it has more than 6000 plantation already. the another bad part is that the construction work is still going on it should be rapidly completed.
