Course Curriculum Overview :

I will rated 4 out of 5 for the course curriculum in our university because some of the course was so good at the same time not too good. They need to improvement strong much better. They didn't pick us to the industrial visit at all

Class Size : 30Course Fees : INR 110000 per year

Placement Experience :

The placement was good in our university. The passed out students were placed 12 lakh per annum and 16 lakh per anum etc.. And the average package of placement in our university is 3 lakh per annum. In our university had 90 percentage of placed students

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

I was paying 47000 in the odd semester and 45000 in the even semester. But the actual fees was 57000 in the odd semester and 55000 in the even semester. I was applying scholorship so i got discount in the fees structure.i was joined before the 12th result. Because i heared that my university was so good. Some of the students had differing fees structure

Campus Life :

In our university conducting many technical festivals in many departments, many of us can participate and enhance our skills. In our university had many kind of books in library and also many journals.

Hostel Facilities :

Hostel facility was good and had all facilities but the food was not good vessel washing was not good. Meal quality was not too good. There is no extra food for students, there is no proper seating in the mess. The mess had 300 chair to sit but the students had 500 to 600. How can we sit and eat together?

Hostel Fee : INR 95000 per year

Admission :

I was searched many colleges in chennai like mgr university, sairam engineering college, srm university etc.. Finally my brother told that vels university was good and friendly college and then i can research information about college. I can get more positive reviews so i decided to join the vels university

Faculty :

In our university some of the faculty was really good and fabulous,teaching styke was really Awesome, Some of the teachers guiding us to reach our goal, at the time some of the faculty staffs were working only for Salary,and the exam system was good, they maintained very proper and strict way to conduct exams. Course structure was so good

Review of placement

Placement Experience:

From 5th senester students are eleigible for the placements. So your 5th semester cgpa is very important. This college provide placements from companies like zoho, accenture, tcs , hexaware, mitsogo and more. The highest package is 12Lakhs and lowest package us 3lakhs.60 percentage of students are getting placed each year. Its fully depend on your skills. My plan is to place in campus placements for a web developer role.

Panimalar : A paradise For The Learners

Placement Experience:

The students get eligible fro the placements and attends interviews from the sixth semester. And the college starts to provide special placeement training from the end of the sixth semester. Even I'm still not eligible to attend the college placements, I hear a lot from my seniors about the placements. From those informations, some of the major and high paying companies like Accenture, Infosys, Sutherland often approach college for the placement. I have no knowledge about the highest package but average package could be ranging from 5,00,000 to 6,00,000 LPA. The highest number of students that are getting placed are from Dept. of AI&DS. With overall count of students attending more than 50% students passes the aptitude and reasoning test round, 15% of students passes the Group Discussion round, and only 5-6% students passes the HR round and getting placed. I personally started to hate these 9-5 jobs after hearing from the seniors who got placed in so called "best IT companies". So, my short term plan is to get placed in a high paying IT company and work till i get fired by any means. My major and long term plan is to start a business with all the savings that I've saved from my job.
