Course Curriculum Overview :
B.pharm degree is 4 year professional degree.The examination is based on choice based credit system. Every semester contain 4 or 5 theory and respective practical classes. Each subject will hold 5 chapters. Our institution is following PCI syllabus. According to PCI, two internal exams will be conducted and one model exam will be conducted before semester end examination.
Placement Experience :
One of the best placement college in chennai especially for b.pharmacy degree. Our institutions campus drive will be mostly on B.Pharm students.various pharma companies are invited by our institute with attractive salary package.
College Events :
Vels nakshatra, which is inter college culturals for two days with most popular judges. Pharmacist day, fare well parties, sports day, pongal celebration with a cine star as a chief guests. Teachers day celebration is celebrated by b.pharm and pharm.D students separately.
Fee Structure And Facilities :
Fees structure is slightly expensive. The payment mode either by online mode or offline mode.But during admission we have to pay some capitation for confirmation of our seat. our Institution provides transparency in fees payment. After admission Every student will get a admission number. Through the admission number student can login into the students login and check their pending and payment history.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
No, I have not opted any scholorship or educational. But every semester the student who securing class first will be given 25% fee concession for next semester.
Campus Life :
According to PCI norms each section contains 50 students with 4:3 ratio of boys and girls respectively. There will be conferences, workshops will be conducted every week. Labs are well equipped with advanced technology. Our B.Pharm degrees got approval of NBA for 4 years.
Hostel Facilities :
Hostels are separate for Ist years students, engineering students, pg students. The hostels are very clean and tidy it us cleaned every two hours once. The hostels is controlled by warden incharge who takes responsibility of in and exit of students. The rooms shared by maximum four students with individual beds. Hostels are available with AC at extra fees.
Alumni/Alumna :
Our institute conducts alumni meet for every 5 years to motivate the current students. seniors eaily approachable at ever time. They are treated equally with juniors and seniors.
Admission :
I got admission based on my 12 th standard percentage. I got into admitted to this college on july 1st week. First u have to fill the application form which included ur bio data 10th and 12th percentages. After u have to attend the counselling about ur course fees and academic curriculum. There will be an auditorium where all the department staff will be seated at various counters and we are advised to our respective courses for counselling.
Faculty :
Pharmacy department contains approximately 45 teaching staff and they are well professionally trained for the B.pharm degree. The minimum qualification of staffs are M.pharm degree with average age of 30-40. The staffs are advised to utilize the smart classes, video lectures, PowerPoint presentations, LCD videos, online youtube videos, and digital library for the completion of syllabus.These staffs are specially well trained for handling of these facilities.
