Remarks :

Pros: College situated in outskirts of trivandrum. Kuttichal very beautiful and calm place. Teachers are very helpful. Cons:Currently, ploitical parties rooted in the college. Need to improve in the canteen food.

Course Curriculum Overview :

My College is affiliated with kerala university.Syllabus for B. Tech in kerala university is worst in that time. Currently i saw some updates in the syllabus. Like open exam, certification programs.

Placement Experience :

During 2014-2015 ,our college is most placement conducted college for the year. Many students placed in many MNCs during the year ftom our college. Currently, our college is providing free tution fee fir students whise rank is less than 10000in KEAM.

College Events :

LMCST is conducting inter college festival called Equinox every year. Equinox is one of the best inter college festival in trivandrum. Also, during the past year the main sponsor of equinox is Sunburn. Also, arts and sports day are celebrating every year for a period of 4 days.

Fee Structure And Facilities :

Currently, 50 percentage of the total seats are available for government.And other percentage is management. You will get the admission easily if you are within 30000 in the KEAM rank. Also, the tuition fee for management seat is affordable.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

For management seats, the college will provide support for loan facility. And also there are many scholarship for students who attain good marks in thier semester exams. If you get 1 rank in semester university exam will waive full fee for the year.

Campus Life :

Every semester, before it starts the college will provide a month program for students regarding the placement training. Two faculty available for sports training. One of the best labs in the trivandrum.

Alumni/Alumna :

One of the best weakness for the college is alumni association. Alumni association is worst in the trivandrum area. Senior students are helpful as they are placed in various companies in Kerala.So, that they will inform you of any recruitment.

Faculty :

Why i like my collection is the faculty. They are like friends will help you as a friend especially computer science faculty. We the cs students have a strong bond with them. They are highly qualified.

NIT Cailcut-The Good,Bad and the Ugly

Placement Experience:

Students can apply for campus placements by the beginning of the 4th year.High paying companies are attracted by the placement cell which offer good packages to the students. The average packages for the circuital branch are pretty high. Each year about 200 companies are invited. The highest package for Electrical and Electronics has gone upto 38LPA with average package of about 14LPA in the graduation year 2024.About 128 students had registered out of which 120 students were placed.The minimum salary offered was 5LPA.

Is engineering here worth it?

Placement Experience:

Students are eligible from 7th semester to sit for interviews. The pod.ai app helps us in making the resume and calculating a cgpa to appear for the intwrviews. The pod.ai registration fees is 500?. Companies such as nissan,infosys,commandtech,bimlabs,gulfasia etc has visited . And the highest package was 11 LPA and lowest was 3 LPA
