- the overall course fees is less compared to other engineering colleges. And faculties are quit helpful they understand our problem , motivate and guide ouselves.
- for placement there is different section which guide and gives training to the students for placement.
Dislikes
- this year lot student take a admission in our colleges due to which competition has become very high.
- college timing is from9:40 am to 5:00 pm
Course Curriculum Overview :
I have a intrest a in computers and machines thats why i choose the this course. I think the curriculum will not prepares you well for the real world , you have to prepare yourself. They should give the more practical knowledge to students . In every 2 to 3 t=months there is exam or test like class test or mid sem between a semester which is quit tough.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
Year wise fees of Rungta college of engineering and technology is around 80,000 , where in 1st year 1 pat 82,000 which include (caution money 1000, admission fees 1500 , uniform fees 2250 , sports fees 150) and from next year i will pay 77,250 RCET offer a decent quality of education, and faculties are quit helpfull for the student . And my batch mates also pay a same amount of fees. Management quota fees is upto 40,000.And some students who live in college hostel have to pay 77,000 in first year. Central Sector Scheme of scholarship for college & university , Prime minister scholarship Scheme for the wards of RPF/RPSF for students studing in btech,AICTe Swanath scholarship scheme 50,000 per year , Aicte pragati scholarship scheme for girls gives 50,000 per year , C.G post matric scholarship scheme for (OBC and SC/ST) which gives 19600 per year to OBC and around 20000 per year to SC/ST
Campus Life :
The overall campus experience are good in our college they organise a annual fest which is called vyom, in 2023 they called Akhil sachdeva which we enjoyed very much, in 2022 they called Aksa . And they also organise garba in navrartri. the range of accesibilty of books are less we got 4 libraray cards for 1 year through which we can get books,which is valid for 2 to 3 months in a year we get only 4 books from the card. there are many sports event like inter college , inter district , state, national. there are many socail groups in social media platform like instagram and whatsapp relate ddto subject ,meme and daily information.
Admission :
I applied for parul university, Lovely proffessional university and i got confirmed admission but these college is near to my home and fees is less compared to these colleges that's i choose these college. Admission process is very simple , first of you have to give the cgpet exam for chattisgarh strudent and jee for stuydent who are from other states , the eligibility criteria is yhe student must be passed in 12 th , and on 2023 the cutoff of cgpet was upto 50 and jee was 40 , the student got 50 to 60 percentile was eligible for admission. the other admission type was management quota.
Faculty :
THe faculty to student ratio is around 1:80 and relationship between the students and the faculty is quit good they undersatnad our problem and guide us and also motivate us. I like Rabia khan mam , Abha sinha mam they are my Englkish professor and chemistry professor they gives the best notes and way of teaching is very good. I don't like ganesh sir my Mathematics 1 professor i don't like their way of teaching. The exam are quiet difficult many student can't clear the exam.
