  • The science faculty is rather strict limiting the extra curricular opportunities provided to the students

Course Curriculum Overview :

Indepth courses regarding my major and SEC courses provided as well. The curriculum is set in a way that wouldnt burden the student and gives a detail overview and study about each field in biotechnology which made me choose this course id say the exams have pretty straight forward questions which would be easy to write if the student has a thorough understanding of the concept and has studied

Internships Opportunities :

Cropnow was the most recent internship provided at our college which is an agricultural startup. I believe there are more internships to be introduced as the time goes by. These internships pay you based on your qualotu of work and talent

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

So basically 1 semester costs 45k and the registration fee is around 500 rs and caution deposit will be 10k. The tuition fee is 35k, therefore 35k +10k= 45k Yearly the fees is 90k There are many scholarships provided (including govt scholarship) of which the admission cousellors will brief us about

Campus Life :

Campus life is lively and you can see students having fun and enjoying their course at reva. There are several clubs for cultural and sports activities which are very active in participation. Id say more than the science dept the commerce and engineering dept students have more opportunities to indulge in these club activities

Admission :

This uni has a balance of all things fun and education and along w great internship opportunities. The course was very well planned and the qualifications of the teachers were amaizng. Previous alumni had advised us to choose this college above the others because of the amazing teaching and education provided here

Faculty :

The teachers are amazing, very skilled and highly educated. They teach in a way that we understand and very open towards our doubts and helping us in any way required. The exams are divided into 2 internal assesments for 30 marks which are scaled down to 15 or 10 and the semester end exam which is for 60 marks and all of the marks are added to give 100 marks The correction is linient id say but some teachers are strict while correcting

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course curriculum for BSc is simply the extended version of 11th and 12th standard portions in the first year. It includes the same concepts and the teaching method is rather ordinary and boring and doesn't seem to focus on making the students live the subject but is rather focussed on marks and other upcoming exams. A teacher kept insisting us to do certain problems skipping the others considering the factory that it is very important for a exam after UG. She also stated that everyone are most likely to take up teaching as a job after this which shows how narrow minded and shallow the opinions and minds of the teachers are. This amounts for a greater level of discouragement.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum of this course is very interesting and matched what I wanted to do so I decided to do this course. It prepares us really good as we study more about the real life scenarios. It would be better if we do more practical things rather than the theory

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course that I have chosen gives a good scope in the real world and really prepares us well with the lab practicals. Honestly the course teaching could be improved with changing the black board to a interactive learning panel. Exams usually only come twice in a semester and the difficulty depends on how much you understand in the class, an average student can easily pass the exams without studying.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Rehabilitation science main focuses on restoring health in individuals ( accident, tauma injury and persons with special needs), this college provides practical exposure like experiencing how individuals, with loco motor disability and blind, navigatw and interact. There are 2 internals each semester which makes it easier to prepare for semester exams. The main aspect the college could improve is the frequence of internship and placement.

Placement Experience:

We have mandatory internship period after 2 years of teaching, and they provide internship and placement support. Different Companies come and take test and hire the eligible candidates. Regarding placement package, since it's just been 1 year of SST there cannot be said anything about it. But Scaler the parent Company of SST has average package of 22lakhs and highest package of 1.04cr.
