  • I hate the fact that the classes are from 9 to 430 pm

Course Curriculum Overview :

I was looking at the lofe science departments of kristu jayanti and was very impressed when i saw the labs and the classrooms of the college. I personally get enough time to write my exams and the time given also is enough for everyone it is good.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

Im Nalinya Manoj Kumar studying in Kristu Jayanti. Im in first year of Bsc Biotechnology Genetics and Biochemistry. The college is very green and vibrant and it gives off a very relaxing atmosphere. When I came in my initial thought was "THIS is college". The fests, clubs and eveything gives off an amazing college life to it. Highly recommended for anyone looking for colleges.

Campus Life :

Campus life is bustling with energy and youth after classes are done. Students coduct alot of programs and clubs rhen there is the ethnic say which is really fun seeing all the students cultures and the sports club is the best.

Hostel Facilities :

The hostel facility is all good and all but the curfew is very early .Even if im 10 mins late the sisters make me pay a fine and scold me.My hostel fees is 1.18 lakhs per year without the mess which is really expensive compared to the hospitality i get.

Admission :

I chose this college as i would get more experience of the outside world as there is students from all over the world . For getting admission here we have to apply first and then there will be an interview in which they will verify our documents and then ask us questions after that we will get selec4ed.

Faculty :

The college has a good teacher student ratio which is 1:40 which is good . My class consists of 58 students with one teacher as the class animator which is a good ratio. There are two ezams in one semester which is mid exam and finals.

Night Life :

There are alot of cafes in the college and gyms. There are around 3 cafes in college in which the maggi point is my favourite where i get samosa chat every single day. The food over there is budget friendly so every student xan afford it

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course curriculum for BSc is simply the extended version of 11th and 12th standard portions in the first year. It includes the same concepts and the teaching method is rather ordinary and boring and doesn't seem to focus on making the students live the subject but is rather focussed on marks and other upcoming exams. A teacher kept insisting us to do certain problems skipping the others considering the factory that it is very important for a exam after UG. She also stated that everyone are most likely to take up teaching as a job after this which shows how narrow minded and shallow the opinions and minds of the teachers are. This amounts for a greater level of discouragement.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum of this course is very interesting and matched what I wanted to do so I decided to do this course. It prepares us really good as we study more about the real life scenarios. It would be better if we do more practical things rather than the theory

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course that I have chosen gives a good scope in the real world and really prepares us well with the lab practicals. Honestly the course teaching could be improved with changing the black board to a interactive learning panel. Exams usually only come twice in a semester and the difficulty depends on how much you understand in the class, an average student can easily pass the exams without studying.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Rehabilitation science main focuses on restoring health in individuals ( accident, tauma injury and persons with special needs), this college provides practical exposure like experiencing how individuals, with loco motor disability and blind, navigatw and interact. There are 2 internals each semester which makes it easier to prepare for semester exams. The main aspect the college could improve is the frequence of internship and placement.

Placement Experience:

We have mandatory internship period after 2 years of teaching, and they provide internship and placement support. Different Companies come and take test and hire the eligible candidates. Regarding placement package, since it's just been 1 year of SST there cannot be said anything about it. But Scaler the parent Company of SST has average package of 22lakhs and highest package of 1.04cr.
