100% attendance is not compulsory which I liked so much because I'm a professional course student
My college is not far from my house. Very less time for travel
The library is well equipped and have such a peace vibe

It is near the station so sometimes there is so much noise

Course Curriculum Overview

As I said I am also pursuing a professional course which is CS Company Secretary, this degree will help me during course as it has some related part with my course. I also liked teaching method of my commerce mam.

Class Size: 150Course Fees: INR 8000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

I paid something around Rs 8000 fees in SYBcom. It is very affordable for me compared to other colleges. Fees for sc/st category students are too less. I have no idea about fees of other degree students.

Campus Life

There are many events held in colleges and many social awareness campaigns sports activity which I liked about this college. Library is quite good with every books available there there is no disturbance in the library

Admission

I also got accepted to podar but I choose this college over that because for me this was flexible with my time, travelling, studies and all. I don't remember cutoffs of my course but it gets available in college board before admission gets started

Faculty

My faculties are very good and friendly. They clears my doubt whenever I need. Exam structure is also planned very well , 1st sem exam ended before Diwali which I liked as a student soo I could enjoy festival without any tension.

The college is Good

Placement Experience:

From semester 5 students become eligible for campus placement. The companies which visited college are Deloitte, KPMG, Asian paints and some other companies. And most of the students were selected. The average package offered was around 300000 LPA.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course is very good on paper. University has given like 8 subjects from which we have to choose 5. But this college itself chooses 5 subjects and students now have to learn only them ... Like in 3rd year sem 5 there was subject international finance I wanted to study that because baf course is all about finance but the college had subject management. So yeah be prepared for this. Course Curriculum Overview:

This course is recommended for the students who want to pursue a career in the finance field or if someone who is looking to a course like CFA, this bachelors degree becomes handy. This course teaches you about the financial spectrum of the whole world and gives you an intricate understanding about different financial instruments and their relevance in the society. It teaches one of the most sought after skills in today's world, that is financial literacy. Still I think some of the subjects introduced under the NEP are completely irrelevant such as EVS and IKS. We as college students need to give quality time on some professional subjects, not that these subjects are not important but they need to be emphasised in the early classes. There are three internal exams of 10 marks each and 20 minutes for each paper. The end sem exam is of 30 marks for minor subjects and 60 marks for major subjects. Also I feel that the difficulty level is okay.

Talking about admission criteria of RJ college are based on merit scores of the last qualifying examination. Specific eligibility criteria vary by course but for mine its was minimum 45% in qualifying HSC examination and cutoff for the same at the time of my admission was 85 percent for hindi minority students and slightly more that non minority and open category students and very less score required for category students.
