Course Curriculum Overview

3.5

The curriculum is completely based on the Nmc that it had proposed for the entire nation. The schedule provided by Nmc is strictly followed by the college and exams and sessions are taken as per that proposed schedule. Also we have aetcom and self development sessions in the college. We have postings in the hospital that help us to manage the real life exposure. We have early clinical exposure where we are well guided by the doctors and residents.

Internships Opportunities

4

We have 1 year internship program attached with our course which help us to expose ourselves to the patients and give us a real life exposure experience. Different patients are there from different backgrounds which we face and new learning is happening

Fees and Financial Aid

Fee structure:(general quota) Annual college fee- 8,70,000 Hostel fee-85,000 Facilities include: library, academic centre, activities centre, ground, hospital connected and many more other facilities for students development. Hostel structure: Ac and non AC rooms available and for Ac rooms have 3 sharing and non AC are 4 sharing. Scholarships like government scholarship can be availed by student if they fufill the criteria that are assigned by the government. Examination are taken yearly And the proffesor are too helpful and their guidance help us throughout. 8. Ragging: it is not at all happening in the campus

Campus Life

3.5

Social life becomes too good like I was a part of women development committee and also a medical student association programs that we organise. There were several cultural functions that help to bring out our hidden talents.

Hostel Facilities

3.5

The hostel facilities are too good for the ac hostel we have 3 sharing ved rooms with a good attached bathroom and ventilated balcony. The facilities for non AC room are 4 sharing room And bathroom are common for all. The non AC rooms are comparatively poor

Admission

The first and the foremost reason of choosing this college was the time since which it is running. The college is old and thus it is consisting of highly experienced staff and doctors.more over the college is affiliated with the hospital shree Krishna hospital Karamsad which has a high patient rush which this helps in the exposure.

Faculty

3.5

The college faculities I liked the most is of the anatomy faculties they are too good helpful and generous. They help us out throughout the year and do not make us feel new. The faculties I disliked was a ma'am from physiology dept. She was too must discriminative . We have a 2 internal exams and one prelims exam followed by a university exam at last.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course is of 5 and a half years including a compulsory internship of one year. The faculty members are very supportive and helpful in nature. I chose this course because I personally had a lot of interest in being a doctor and serving mankind. There is a lot of faculty in each department and have a fine student-to-faculty ratio. Faculty members are well-qualified and most of them are doctors. Term exams are of good level and yes it's a bit difficult to pass, but a hardworking student can easily take over it.
