Infrastructure is good and cleanliness is well maintained
Teaching staff is pretty good and supportive

Dislikes

College is kinda strict and there are few extracurricular activities

Course Curriculum Overview :

According to me , the course curriculum in terms of relevance and comprehensiveness is pretty decent and good but students are not getting that much practical knowledge of the subjects that they are studying.

Class Size : 1000Course Fees : INR 25000 per year

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

Fees per year varies as per the course taken by the student. It generally ranges from 25000 to 30000 as per the stream taken by the individual. There are such no scholarships given and the hostel fees is approximately 1.5 lakhs

Campus Life :

There are not that much extracurriculars activities in this college. College societies and clubs are not that much active and engaged. But some clubs are being linked with mcm like debating, dance , English literature etc.

Hostel Facilities :

Hostel is decent like washrooms are not that well maintained and there is not doctor available if someone meets an emergency. The food is just average. I guess pgs are far better than this . Ac rooms are available only in 2 blocks

Hostel Fee : INR 150000 per year

Admission :

The admission process is taken by through the marks of the student in his / her 12 th standard Also this college has a great reputation and is ranked first among all the colleges under panjab University .

Faculty :

Course curriculum is pretty good and faculty members are also supportive. Mid semester exam and semester exam are conducted at the end of semester. Teachers are supportive and they will probably provide you the notes.

Reality of dav college

Course Curriculum Overview:

Bachelor of arts is a good course which can be done easily and it is good to do this course if u want to go in civil services I chose it do perform well in upsc cause it covers the syllabus of upsc There are some faculty who are rude and i dont like them and also dont understand their way of teaching Exams timing are good and anyone can enjoy and study during this course you will not be in huge pressure ! And i liked it thats why this course is must fir upsc and other civil services aspirants It will cover their syllabus and u will get to know more about subjects more effectively

Placement Experience:

There is campus placement for students if they are dong courses like bca or bcom Average package is 300000 And highest package is 1200000 My plan is to prepare for government exam 90 percent student get on campus placement
