- The teaching aid equipment and study material is also not adequate.
Course Curriculum Overview :
The syllabus of the courses is very well created, although the difficulty level is more. The curriculum also needs major upgradations with time including AI tools, proper use of technology with E-books in classrooms, proper usage of online teaching aid and study material. Softwares for plagiarism check and research resources are much needed. Also there's evolution coming in skill development courses with increasing seminars and guest lectures.
Internships Opportunities :
Internships with Private firms as well as Legal Services Authorities and other Govt. Offices and departments are offered to students frequently. Most of the times but not always, these are unpaid but still students who want to avail get benefitted from this

Campus Life :
Overall experience and exposure is good enough, students learn a lot, not just related to their course and field but general personality development. Although there's a lack of push for the students to do more, but for sure there is availability of a lot of opportunities and on the orher part, there is lacking in many resources as well.
Hostel Facilities :
The hostels are verg affordable here, but because they are highly affordable, there are also problems such as in hostel allocation, total hostel seats is much less than needed. Hostels are not just running highly over capacity but also there is corruption. Many things are below standard but blame also goes on the very low fees. Hostels are alloted on the basis of merit and on guest basis as well if needed. Air-conditioned hostels are absent for male students, whereas there is one hostel for girls' with proper air conditioning. The hostels also have very cooperative timings for entry and exit of students
Admission :
I applied in almost all other prestigious law collges as well including Govt. And Private institutions and got selected in almost all of them (excluding NLU's). There wasn't really an issue with the finances or colleges, but due to some personal factors to stay close to my hometown, I had to choose UILS.
Faculty :
Although, the teaching staff is very well versed in their fields and subjects, The permanent faculty is neither in good proportion nor regular enough as needed. The student to faculty ratio is thus insufficient. Students as well miss classses on a regular basis, also encouraging the teachers to miss classes sometimes and vice versa. Student-faculty ratio is however very subjective, some professors are disliked by everyone whereas some are liked and appreciated by all. Others have mixed relationships. Exams are not very difficult but the way of checking has many flaws. Also, it takes months for the results to be released, till then many students fail to address their mistakes.
