Remarks :

Management is cool but sometimes being a student we tend to get frustrated with the various tasks assigned to us for example the committee members are made compulsory to attend certain events which is in neither technical nor professional benefits and the

Entrance Preview :

I took IIT JEE and also MHT-CET and scored 95 and 131 respectively i opted for this college as it is a reputed college with excellent teachers and amazing placement records the admission process is completely isolated in aspects of reserved classes instead merit is considered and so we have an amazing competitive crowd around us constantly motivating and inspiring to do better everytime.

Course Curriculum Overview :

The course curriculum was average since it is affiliated with the Mumbai University but the teachers helped us a lot throughout and gave in extra efforts to make our experience enjoyable and fruitful the practical area where the curriculum lacked we were given assignments or mini projects to brush-up our skills.

Internships Opportunities :

Many companies do come for internships and offer a stipend of around 7000-10,000 but their expectations being higher than our learning we couldn't really apply for the internships.

Placement Experience :

Placements are superb companies like Morgan Stanley, DieBold, J P Morgan, Book My Show, Directi etc come for placements the packages vary according to the job profiles on an average if you get placed in a dream company, your package is approximately 5-7 lakhs where as super dream companies like J P Morgan and Margan Stanley do offer 10 to 17 lakhs.

College Events :

We have a four month long festival called Trinity during the even semesters it includes the technical, cultural, sports aspects. We have interdepartmental events like dance, Mascot, Tee shirt and flex unveiling as the major events Inter collegiate sports and also other events take place during the odd semesters, the different committees like CSI, ACM etc carry out various workshops.

Fee Structure And Facilities :

The fee structure is feasible for a upper middle class family in college point of view if we see its worth it because we have that facilities with us the well equipped laboratories be it physics, chemistry or IT labs comfortable classrooms, clean restrooms, hygienic canteen and awesome library.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

I haven't availed any scholarship because I was admitted through the Tution Fee Wavier Scheme (TFWS- We had our share of anxiety and problems during admissions because of a case going on between our management and the DTE) Various scholarships are available.

Campus Life :

Workshops never tire out we don't have a splendid campus but yes our canteen is a place we cannot miss extra curricular activities go on during the year with posters filling the notice boards on all floors the AIEEE, ACM, CSI etc committees never cease to bring out innovative and helping ideas the workshops help us build up our technical knowledge precisely our department encourages students to take part in coding competitions.

Hostel Facilities :

We don't have a hostel in particular with our college name though there are hostels under our SVKM's administration I don't know much about the hostel facilities.

Alumni/Alumna :

We have a IT departmental fest called sansmaran where we skype our seniors or alumni outside mumbai and the seniors and alumni visit us and talk about their experiences. We get to ask and know about the industry we want to join and this helps a lot while choosing your career field. And yes that day was super fun.

Exam Structure :

Exams in the even semesters are normally hectic taking into consideration our festival but the timetable is okay usually we find mor ing timings more appropriate but our college has different timings for everyday for example mon to fri our college used to

Faculty :

The faculty is excellent very co-operative but strict at the same time the teachers being there for us most of us didn't feel the need to join any extra coaching the teachers are very friendly and approachable.

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible for placements in their last year. There are many good companies that come and take part in the placement drives. Companies like TCS, Wipro, Accenture, Capgemini etc. come here for placements. The highest package in my understanding was about 30 lakhs as studied and searched by me. Many students secure packages above 3.5 lakhs in our college. About 90% of students get placed through the drives. My plan is also to take a good job from placement and then do my masters.

Admission:

I got admission through CAP Round as directed by AICTE and DTE, the process is of 3 rounds until you choose a college and finalize it. Admission dates for FE students start from around May-June period as college opens at around 15 July approx. And Students need to bring all documents attested and submit the original 10th- 12th documents in the college and after completing the graduation. He/She can collect the originals from the college after collecting LC from the college.
