The staff are friendly with students and we can ask them anything

The syallabus they are keeping is not at all good
The soft skills should be learnt to students

Course Curriculum Overview :

The exams difficulty level is medium and timings are correct . Choosing this course was getting technical skills but they donot teach more about practical they teach theory part. The syallabus should be good so we get a good foundation

Class Size : 55Course Fees : INR 90060 per year

Fees and Financial Aid :

The college infrastructure is good but there is no placement and they don't also us to do internship outside the college . The lectures of computer science and design some are Good and some are not good in teaching . The syallabus made by department was not at all helpful to us

Campus Life :

The infrastructure of computer science and design department is not good fans are not working even the roofs of classroom are leaking in rainy days and washroom are not maintained at all The books are available in library the library department is good

Admission :

I have applied colleges in dharwad ,Mysore, Hubli, Davangere but I thought it would be nice in the placement as my seniors where getting campus at that time but now from 2 years there is no campus and placement

Faculty :

Some lectures are good they don't do partiality and their teaching is also good . Not many students are failed there are supplementary exams and makeup exams for the students who are failed . Some faculties are not nice as they don't teach anything actually they don't have knowledge abt that subject

A short review on ASE- Bengaluru

Placement Experience:

Last year due to recession the placements were low comparatively. From semester 7 onwards we are eligible for campus placements. I do not exactly have the correct statistics, but all the students who tried outside got the jobs easily. Highest package 32 lacks and least goes upto 3 lacks per annum. Last yearpercentage of students placed is 66 and before that it was more than 90 My plan is to get a good job, after the degree and if I cannot get a good job then I will go for higher studies abroad.

NITK: The college for the best

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible for campus placements by the start of the 7th semester, and the internships by the 5th semester. Since Mangalore has many MNCs, most of the campus drives start with those companies. We have an average package of 18LPA and it varies according to each branch of engineering. Mostly all the computer science-related branches have 23LPA as their average and the core branches have 14LPA. Almost 95 per cent of the students get placed. The highest package has even crossed 50LPA.

From 4th sem the placements drive starts if students are having 7.5 and abive they are eligible for placements some of the companies visited are Microsoft tcs tech Mahendra capgemini and etc highest package was 20LPA and average is 6LPA 30% are getting good placements my plans after degree is masters

Things you should know about presidency University

Course Curriculum Overview:

As the computer science was booming and also beeing an aspiring student towards that field I had decided to do CSE. The curriculum is was less practical towards the real world applications. They should have include industry professionals to teach they would have better knowledge and experience. Every one we used to have exam like mid term , FA, and end terms. Difficulty depends upon prepration level done by student.

Placement Experience:

They are eligible for placements after 4th semester and the placements are average, a lot of companies have visited I can't say them all ex like Infosys, TCS , and a lot of American and Taiwanese companies, the highest place ment in this campus was around 28lpa and average is around 1L and the percentage of students getting placements are below average like every other college cause this mostly depends on you and not the college its all based on your skill set. My plans are to get a job with a good lpa and I'm confident about that because I have a good skillset which would benefit the companies.
