About BKIT
Bheemanna Khandre Institute of Technology (BKIT), Bhalki established in 1982 under Shanti Vardhak Education Society. It was formally known as Rural Engineering College, Bhalki and affiliated to Visvesvaraya Technological University (VTU), Belgaum. It is approved by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), New Delhi and recognised by Department of Technical Education (DTE), Govt of Karnataka. It is accredited by National Board of Accreditation (NBA), New Delhi.
- The Institution is the chosen centre for satellite based education training program through EDUSAT and VSAT by VTU & ISRO.
- The College also acts as a Monitoring Centre for "Mahiti Sindhu" a free computer education program for Government High School students of Bidar District.
- The College runs the training programs for rural students sponsored by The Government Toolroom & Training Centre (GTTC). Karnataka Renewable Energy Development Ltd., Government of India and Government of Karnataka have sanctioned Solar Energy Park at the college. It is located at the northern tip of Karnataka in Bidar District of Karnataka State.

- The classes are pretty old, so they should renovate soon enough.
- Hostel wardens are not professional at all. Theynuse languages which are not supposed to be said to students.
Admission:
You just have to be a passes out in PUC and you can get an admission if you go for admission before the seats run out! You can directly visit the account section and they will guide you for the admission form and the process. As per your cast you will also get scholership but you have to apply that for every year.

The entrance exam which was taken after the 2nd puc that exam is called Karnataka-cet this who will score well are applicable for taking admission to this college, application forms are available on the college website, reservation benefits are they take only 500rs for admission and they give per year scholarships for all the students

Because I like to work in electronics work. within 1 year 2 times exams are conducted through the instructions of vishweshravya technology university.

It is a very good campus ..when we have took a admission here we have discussed with the administrators for knowing all the information about that course after we apply the admission.

The curriculum was well good and the faculty members are well experienced with good knowledge of the subject every professor is good in their own subject. The faculty members maintain good communication with the students and co-faculty members also.

Rural engineering collage bhalki established in the year of 1982 and 66th position in all Indian rank and 8th position in karnataka rank the collage has magnificent building and good infrastructure building and spread in 35 acre and we'll surrounded by greenery garden

College infrastructure was awesome. But staff are very bad. One thing I'm suggested all my juniors if they are complete, Plz don't join my college, Totally waste ur money like that I told everyone.
