Course Curriculum Overview :

I want to be a business man so for that i have to do first b.com and in that i have taken the honour (marketing). The timming of exam is usually 9 am to 12 pm and some it may happen 12pm toh 3pm. I think college should put the timing by looking the season (whether)

Class Size : 91Course Fees : INR 8000 per year

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

The year wise fees i pay 8000 something, the tuition fees that i have taken in 4th semester is maths subject (2000). Registration fees - 900. Admission fees - 4000. My batchmates is on NCC and fees of his is 500

Campus Life :

In Our college the library is very useful, the range and acccessibility of books and journals available in the library is above 5000. In some classes we have AC, smart classrooms, new generation computers. Much sports are happens like volleyball, football, cricket, khokho and many more...

Admission :

The other college I applied was Tinsukia College (under Dibrugarh university) and in that i got a confirmed admission form. I choose Digboi college over the other because my college was near to my home and the courses that was needed is available in my college. I didn't get rejection from other colleges I just applied only in two colleges.

Faculty :

4 exam are held in a semesters and the papers are quite easy but sometimes it may happen difficult. Usually maximum students can clear the exams but some students fail to clear the exam, the numbers of last year that fail to clear the exam is 21 out of 91

Good for b.com

Admission:

Till my time admission process was totally offline. One need to fill the form and submitted to the college. Merit list is made on the basis of marks obtained in class 12th. Admission is only given on the merit basis.

Placement Experience:

Placement record of this college is quite poor. Although this college only provide general degree courses. There is Not much seen of on campus placement and job offer provide are not very good. Due to this reason many student go for MBA.

College under Gauhati University

Admission:

Getting admission in our college is quite simple one has to make application in offline mode by filling in the detailed application form which is available at the reception of the college along with the prospectus. After submission of the application you have to wait for the approval of college. Once the admission is approved you are required to complete the formalities like submission of fees and document verification. Nowadays admission application is also available online. One reason for opting for this college was that it was close to my residence and was popular in our district.

Placement Experience:

Our college has a placement and recruitment related help centre for Students. However when it comes to getting the students placed with good job packages the institute has almost nothing to offer. A student is on his own for jobs and internships and the college only provides the academic knowledge and degree certification.

I got admission into this college through 10+2 marks. You need to Collect the form from the college itself,fill it up submit it with self attested marksheet and 2 pass port size photographs. Also bring the minorities certificate (if applicable)

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course of B.com here is average and better known for arts degree. There are internal exams and end semester exams.You can submit the paper for scrutiny but not for re-evaluation. The college provides bachelor's degree in arts and commerce.
