Course Curriculum Overview :

I like my course and i like zoology and its things, we have theory and also practical classes which help us in future for further and physical knowledge. Exam is very good and well maintained by college as rules

Internships Opportunities :

Our college offers internship as a librarian and lab assistant, professor assistant etc, i didn't know very well about internship because i am a student and didn't work as a internship person, i said that our college have facility to give internship opportunities if student have any degree or diploma in that field

Fees and Financial Aid :

Basically i am a fee wavier student so i didn't paid any amount for my course, but my friends who's parents annual income is above 2 lakh they didn't get fee waiver So they paid 4960 rs Its included current bill, union fee, medical fee, exam fee etc

Campus Life :

Annual festival are freshers, farewell and Saraswati puja is common. The books and available journal i think around 30000 thousands. Each class room has light, fan and projector for digital study. I didn't understand the last question which ask about clubs student portal etc.

Admission :

I applied in other colleges for backup but i take admission in this college because i like it and i also done my HS in this college. I didn't get rejected from other colleges i think. Admission process is according to merit list which depends on marks and reservation also

Faculty :

We have faculty members along with teacher around 60,and i like our departments professors and lab helpers for there supports, they are very helpful, they helps in our study related things and also in home problems

Handique Girls’ College- The first women college in the Northeast

Course Curriculum Overview:

Handique is a quite reputable college. The students get good study environment. The curriculums are good but doesn't help for the real life situations. Cultural programs should be held more with allowing normal students to participate rather than the union members. Attendance policy is strict but doesn't even consider if a student is having real problems.

My college experience

Course Curriculum Overview:

One sessional exam and one semester exam per month reduces the burden on the students. Seminars are compulsory and they carry marks according to our curriculum and that helps us to improve our presentation skills and improve our public speaking skills. The sessional exam is not that hard and you can score well in semester exam if you solve previous years question papers.
