- Hostel Infrastructure. The hostel is well maintained and clean. It has lift and water cooler. It has a barber shop, canteen, Two grocery shop, a juice corner and everything
- Faculty. The faculty members are well trained and equiped with the knowledge of there subject
Dislikes
- The infrastructure. The infrastructure of the academic building is lacking in a lot of aspects
- The mess food. Mess food is not good but we can survive on that
Course Curriculum Overview :
The Production and Industrial Engineering is under the department of mechanical engineering. It includes the subject of mechanical engineering and some subjects of management, buisness and economics. The course prepares you to become an industry expert so that you can work in any industry or manufacturing unit in the future.
Internships Opportunities :
Many internship opportunities are provided to students from the third semester where students can upskill themselves and make themselves marketable. The coding culture of this college is the best and you can't deny that fact
Placement Experience :
This year although the recession is deteriorati the college placement records still MNNIT Allahabad bagged the highest Average Package among all MNNIT. Many companies like Microsoft, Amazon, Deloitte, Texas Instruments, Goldmann Sachs visit the college every year
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
The Fee Structure for a general-Non Ews Candidate (income above 5 lakh) is 98,450 per semester which adds up to 1,96,900 per year. The tuition fee is 0 for SC/ST and students with income below 1 lakh. The tuition fee for candidates with income between 1-5 lakh is 1/3rd of full tution fees
Campus Life :
You might have heard that the campus life at MNNIT Allahabad is bad, but it's just a hoax. The first event that you will witness coming into the college will be your freshers party known as Swagat. Then we have Culrav which is another fest in which you can show your talent. There are many committee such as Drama, Music, Art, Dance, Anchoring, Modeling and Many more
Hostel Facilities :
The hostel is awesome and one of the best part of college. Please try to get accomodated in hostel even if you live nearby. It goes crazy inside hostel with all the enthusiastic students who are hungry for fun from all those tiring JEE years.
Admission :
I came to MNNIT Allahabad because it has the best placement records among all the NITs in India. The Admission is done through JEE Mains examination score. For A general candidate, you need atleast 98 %ile to get admission in production and industrial engineering of MNNIT Allahabad.
Faculty :
The Faculty members are awesome. We have number of faculties for the same subject. Different faculties teach different units. There is a healthy and friendly relationship between the students and faculty members. Dr. Hansraj Tiwari is one Professor who I like the most and it is because of the way he lectures the class. When you are in his class, you feel like you are attending a lecture at Stanford.
