Course Curriculum Overview :

The curriculum of the course allows you the freedom to think outside the box and explore your creative side. The exams are not that hard and are considered only 40% of the total cgpi. Internal submission holds most weightage.

Internships Opportunities :

I don't know the companies that offered the internships but the stipend offered were from 5000 pm to 12000 pm. Students get the opportunity to experience real work life. Real life projects are given to give them experience

Placement Experience :

Students get campus placement after last yr. Although they become eligible for internship after 3rd yr University exams . Some students get the opportunity to go to France through students exchange programme in 4th yr for 11 months.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

Total fees of b.arch is 104000. College avails caste wise consession.i.e. 50% scholarship for OBC and EBC students ; and 90% scholarship for SC and ST students. Management quota students has to pay whole fees plus 500000 as donation while taking admission.

Campus Life :

The social life around college is great since there are only students living in the area. College conducts events and fest for sports and cultural activites. E gaming events are also conducted for students interested in it.

Hostel Facilities :

Bed , wardrobe, table and chair are the only furniture provided by the hostel. Common washrooms are for the 3 seater rooms and 2,1 seater room has their own washrooms. Common room is available which has tv in it and laundry room is also there with 5-6 washing machines. Hostel food is not good at all .

Admission :

I choose this college because of its location and because it comes under Mumbai University. Plus it has a great reputation . I choose this college over other colleges because I've lived in my hometown for years and I have exposure there but I needed a new perspective which I can get here.

Faculty :

Every subject has 2 or 3 faculties for each class which has 37 students. Faculties co-operate with the students and we can approach then regarding any issue. 2 exams are conducted per year , 1 each semister for 5 years.

Other Applied Colleges

Bharati Vidyapeeth College of Architecture - [BVCOA] Navi Mumbai | Bachelor of Architecture [B.Arch]

Because it comes under Mumbai University. It is also a great learning hub and gives lot of exposure being in navi mumbai.

Course Curriculum Overview:

It is a challenging course but it is also a holistic profession which includes equal amt. Of technicality and design eq which makes it a bit challenging. But it helps you with development of your skills and also helps you with personality development. You can achieve great heights in this course if you really are passionate about this field or else it will overtake your life and will make it more challenging.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course is can be really complex because there are many subjects, but it can be fun when you're really focused and interested, Currently I have 11 subjects in 3rd year, but you have to be really good at time management, in order to succeed or get good grades and prepare a decent portfolio/resume for a better future/career.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The academic load is there but if at any point we have any difficulty in not completing the assignments, the faculty is understanding. It does affect the marks but you can always improve. The teaching schedule is planned and given to us. One main thing is that we started designing our own structures in first sem itself with plans elevations and sections and models of it. While the other colleges haven't done that.

Placement Experience:

From semester 8 student becomes eligible it is a period when the internships began. Students are getting placed in very good firms throughout the country and even a few of them are getting positions in foreign countries. Around 70-75% are getting hired every year but mostly based on their performance throughout the year. I'm not sure whether the companies come to college and pick students but yes students have options and opportunities to approach the firm and they certainly get placed. Even faculties are also good helpful and give the opportunity to join their firm itself.

Admission:

The admission is based on the NATA scores. The admission process is quite lengthy. You have to wait for the merit list.

Placement Experience:

The placement could be better. As is not able to manage placement activities in a proper way due to lack of management and managing personnel.

Placement Experience:

After a government college recognition and your portfolio work its easier to get a job. College doesn't do any placement. None of the architectural colleges do placement.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course is good. It's putting in a lot of work, that's architecture though . Paractical learning is through site visits mostly. Any Electives can be chosen front the list provided by the university.
