Course Curriculum Overview :

The course which are being taught are up to date and aslo according to nep 2020 .they followed all the aspect of national educational policy 2020. The course encompasses on holistic development of a student thus the course is beneficial

Internships Opportunities :

Internship opportunities are good. In b.ed course they sent you to different colleges but the main drawback is they didn't provide any kind of stipend. Thus it become difficult for a student to manage all these things at a time.

Placement Experience :

Placement are also good..almost every student get the Placement those who sit in campus placement drive. I was not interested in campus placement because my field is literature and i intended to do b.ed so i didnt participate

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

The fee need to paid in semester basis. Per sem costs around 10000 and exam form fees around 3000 .total cost 15000 Overall course fees is almost 1 lakhs in 2 years. quite affordable fees structures

Campus Life :

All the things in the campus are good and my overall experience is nice becuase i didnt get any prblems throughout my course as this is a ragging free institution and faculty will aslo help you whenever you need help. All are friendly .

Admission :

This University is the oldest University in assam as well as reputed govt University. every students desires to enroll themselves in this University but due to less seat some didn't get the chance to study. Ovetall this University is reputed and also have nirf ranking

Faculty :

Student teachers ratio is good. All the teachers are good also..i like one prof name gaytree sarmah. she was my guide for masters and so helpful in nature..overall all the faculty are nice and well mannnerd. exams are also not difficult with sufficient attendance in class can easily help you to score good marks

Course Curriculum Overview:

I thought that I will be able to improve my English skills hence I joined this course. We had first hand experience about a lot of things however our course teaches us that lecture method doesn't work well but we were taught through the lecture method only in some classes. Teaching methods need to be more practical, they were fun but they can be improved. Timings for exams were convinient, we were given 4 hours to write our exams.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum has good balance between practical and theory. Course objectives and outcome of the course are clearly defined to the faculties and students. The syllabus is need-based and well organised. The curriculum is effective in developing professional skills required for the field. There's not sufficient amount of book available in the libraries.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Our Course is of CBCS patter which gives SGPA and CGPA. The course and syllabus is made very effectively. The curriculum consists of not only India but outside India too. Such as American Literature, African Literature, Victorian period, post colonialism etc The course oneust ne improve is the translation paper as this has been cancelled due to some inconvenience. But this paper should be included as it is one best and likely subject in English language and literature.

Placement Experience:

The graduates of my university go on to have some of the best jobs in the industry, with a 94% job placement rate and an average starting salary of Rs10,00,000. Thus I was really looking forward to gaining the best placement opportunity. I could even intern at some of the world’s most admired companies such as Genpact, IndusInd Bank, Axis Bank, IDBI, HDFC Bank, IICI Lombard, Johnson and Johnson, Times of India, Godrej, Vodafone, Airtel, BigBasket, Hiddleburg Cement, Havells India, Volkswagen, Force Motors, Reliance Digital, and Mahindra, CMC Ltd.

Placement Experience:

Placement opportunities are not very great but I can say good. Talking about the placement opportunities in cultural studies, I personally think teaching options are the best. You can apply in the university as well for the fellowship. Corporate jobs in this field are in the companies settled over seas like Colgate Palmolive, Delphi Automotive, DRDO, Glaxo Smithkline, Godrej, and Boyce in their HR Department. The highest package went to Rs. 15,00,000 in the general category.
