Faculty's of jmi is well educated and give proper mentorship
The quality of the infrastructure including campus amenities and learning facilities is also so good.

Dislikes

Number of students is more.Student should be around 50 but in Mt class there is 72 Student.
Lifts is not in proper condition and sometimes you will be stopped by professors or guard to use the lift.

Course Curriculum Overview :

I want to persuing diploma engineering in computer science so that's why I choose this course. The frequency of difficulty level of exam is tough and timing is also less. Exam should be more than three in one year so student will engaged throughout the year.

Class Size : 72Course Fees : INR 28000 per year

Internships Opportunities :

Hcl provide internship program and also they allow to do btech in their college. Around 2lpa they provide and with future studies like btech. Many project are given to perform.and we all enjoy to give the best for the company.

Placement Experience :

After 2nd year Students become eligible for campus placements. Hcl,TCS etc visit our campus and not so much offers they made. Highest package around 5 lpa and average package around 2.5 lpa. Percentsfe of students getting placement is around 50 50. Mt plans after getting the degree is to persuing btech.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

I am doing diploma engineering (self finance) in computer science engineering from jmi.My yearly fees is around 27k. And all the batchmates have same fees including sc,st. You could avail various scholarships in this courses like nsp.

Campus Life :

Many Annual and technical festival is organised in our university. The facility and accessibility of books and journals is more than any college in library. Many sports and extracurricular activities offered on campus.

Admission :

I also applied of aligarh muslim University,but I could not pass the entrance examination.And I also applied for jamia millia islamia and I pass the examination in jamia millia islamia.my ny name is in 3rd list then I go to the jmi to take my admission then further verification will started and I take my admission.

Faculty :

Faculty to student ratio is less. Faculty to student relationship is good. I liked Hannan sir,sadique sir etc in my faculty. Their teachings style is so good. All faculty is good. Yearly exam is done so total 3 final exams and in Between years there is two sessionals.

Pusa Institute of Technology - Best Diploma College

Placement Experience:

From 5th semester students become eligible for campus placements. There are several companies who came here for placement. Some of companies for civil engineering students are:- Tata Projects, Samsung ,ASC Infratech, IMC, Geotechnical etc. Average package is around 3.25LPA. About 75% students got placement and if in case you not you can try off campus. I also get selected in Tata Projects Ltd. from campus after giving a test and a interview. And my package is 3.25 LPA

In 5th semester students become eligible for campus placement. Good companies come to colleges and take interview from students and provide them jobs. Minimum 75% in all over diploma required to eligible in placement and no back in exam all over 3 years

Jamia Millia Islamia is good, but do you know...?

Placement Experience:

Placement is not that good. The highest placement package was 12LPA (off campus) and 8LPA (on campus) and the average placement package is around 4LPA. But only those students are allowed to sit in placement rounds which have higher CGPA and no backs.

Review of Jamia polytechnic course

Placement Experience:

University of polytechnic has its own placement cell which offers on campus placement but the ratio is not satisfying. From 5and 6 th sem students are eligible for placements. Companies like vipro,l&t? tcs, voltas , tata motors etc visits. Average package for polytechnic is around 4 lakhs.

MY COLLEGE

Placement Experience:

The placement is quite good for my college as it provides a better package to the students. From 6th semester students become eligible for campus placement. Wipro and many other companies visited and offered great value. The average package was 3.2 lakh per annum. The percentage should be 80-85% for getting placements. I will go for the government exam for further study or a job after getting the degree.

The engineering life in GB pant college

Course Curriculum Overview:

I choose this course because it is very interesting and creative. I like to make electrical circuits and this course will give me that platform for completing my dream after 10th. All the facilities are UPSE passed or some of them were the UPSE topper of their time so overall faculty is excellent. The teaching methods are also very good with all the modern equipment like a projector etc. We have our internal sessional every month, which is not that much hard but you have to prepare for it.
