Course Curriculum Overview
They have all the must needed subjects incided in the syllabus leaving none as per my knowledge. They even include MOOCs per semester and they give credits for completing them. There were 2 MSTs and 1 final EST at the end of the semester and it was moderate on the scale of difficulty level.
Internships Opportunities
College provided rate internships but yes, they provided in our department. However, semester projects were mandatory for after every semester after 3rd or 4th semester. So we have a collection of genuine projects of our own hardwork. Many got their research papers published.
Placement Experience
After 6th semester, companies started coming at my time. There were a lot of companies including big and small ones offering avg. salary of 5.5 lpa or something. For Civil department, highest package went upto 7 lpa. Percentage of students getting placed is around 70%.
Fees and Financial Aid
I paid 80k per semester and for the other semester in the same year, it was 82k (2k) per year was kept exceptional as exam fees) and was mandatory. Some of my batchmates were having their scholarship based upon their CUCET scores and relaxation was provided based upon it. State loan worked and also there were some relaxation for SC, ST.
Campus Life
Library there, was too beautiful and accessible in terms of books and infrastructure both. Tech fests, normal fests, club events were held regularly. Departmental clubs were there. And sports event were also organised regularly.
Hostel Facilities
Rooms were too spaceful. There was service provided for housekeeping 24×7. There were girls and boys both, inside the boundary of the campus. Outings were permitted after the consent of parents or at weekends (without parents permission). There was 4 time meal, it was definitely quantity over quality many a times.
Admission
There is one scholarship exam of their own names as CUCET. It's an easy one and one can get scholarship based on the number gained in this exam. The admission process was smooth even though I took admission at the time of COVID (classes went on smoothly even in online).
Faculty
Faculty-to-student ratio was pretty good. Most of the faculties were too good in their expertise and took a keen interest in our problems. The faculties were as friendly as our own friends in my department.
