Course Curriculum Overview :
The curriculum is quite advanced making it difficult as well as enjoyable. The course are up to date. For many, it is a tough one but personally, I like it. To be honest, I think it depends on the students on how to take the syllabus and study for it.
Placement Experience :
The placement is satisfactory. Most companies come from sales so you will definitely get placed but you need skills. The average salary is quite low too making it tough for your future endeavours.
Fees and Financial Aid :
The fee structure for students is Rs. 2-3 lakhs usually per year but as I have attended the KCET entrance exam, my fee is Rs. 1,05,000. However, there are two scholarship options, SSP and NSP. I have applied for SSP for the past 3 years and availed back Rs. 65,000.
Campus Life :
The campus life is quite chilling frankly. You can make some nice friends here. The only problem is if you don't know the Kannada language. 90% of students will converse in Kannada and if you don't know Kannada, you will feel quite left out. Books are available in the college library.
Admission :
As I have enrolled in KCET, the process was quite hectic. Too many documents and signatures were needed. Apart from that getting admission is quite easy in our university as the cutoff for the courses here is quite low.
Faculty :
There's this mentorship program which helps in students to connect with teachers easily and having guidance session in every 2-3 months. Also some teachers are friendly making it easy for us to converse with them.
