Course Curriculum Overview :

The curriculum includes BRIDGE COURSE for newcomers which includes insights about the collage and has many activities which helps in the better understanding of the student about collage The frequency of exams is quite often which can be stressful as the pattern of exams may be irregular sometimes The curriculum includes soft skills which helps a lot in the real life

Placement Experience :

From the 6th sem, students are eligible for campus placements as the companies visit students from 6th sem The highest package offered is 40 lpa Fir my personal plans, i plan to do off campus placement The percentage of students who get placement varies, every year there is variation of students getting placements, sometimes is low, sometimes it is high

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

Tuition fees is fixed but the hostel fees may change. Complete cost is 5 lakhs A lot of scholarship is available for international and Indian students, the most prominent is DRCC which is especially for Bihar students which provide complete fees.

Campus Life :

The annual fest is amazing, THE RUNGTA VYOM is the annual festival here, the vyom features movies, multiple competitions, sports competition and the main hilight is the concert where any celebrity is brought to the collage to perform. Last time it was akhil sachdeva, before that it was akasa Then there is our library which in my opinion is perfect for every student needs. All the semister books are available here Extracurricular activities happens all over the year, there is rangmanch which is held every Saturday where students do both performance and organise the event

Hostel Facilities :

Hostel facilities can be better. There is 3 seater, 2 seater and 4 seater of which the hostel fees may vary The meal provided by the mess is pure vegetarian and is if good quality The meal provided is traditional food which includes dal, chapati , rice , salad, any 2 vegetables, fryums etc The locality for pg rooms here is Shanti nagar, kailash nagar, kohka, kurud, awantibai chowk etc

Hostel Fee : INR 95000 per year

Admission :

The admission process has standard fees of 38000 and scholarship is provided by entrance exam results. Reservation for sc st is also available, The difficulty for btech is commendable, atleast for me, but consistency and hard work can solve it all

Faculty :

The faculty to student ratio is not a problem. There is one faculty handling 80 students which is good There is adequate interaction between faculty and students in between the class The faculty or teacher keeps in mind about the performance of every student

NIT RAIPUR, AN HIDDEN GEM

Placement Experience:

The campus placements are decent, average package is somewhere around 10-11 LPA and lowest around 4 LPA where are the highest is around 65 LPA. around 70% of students get placed through campus placement. As this is an NIT, there are many intership opportunity and stipend varis from 10,000-35,000 per month. Companies like Adobe, AMD, Intel, Microsoft provide intership opportunities in this college and over 20% students get properly paid internships

NIT Raipur (The Fastest Developing NIT)

Placement Experience:

Students are allowed to sit on placements from the 7th sem (for B.Tech) and for internships(5th sem), before entering to 8th sem (almost all students get a job). For circuital branches like CS, IT, ECE, EE Avg package is around 15lpa, for reminding core companies the Avg package is around 8-9lpa. Some renowned companies visits are Oracle, PhonePE, Microsoft, Google, Optum, PocketFM, Tekion, WD, UKG, NVIDIA, AMD, Kanerika, IBM, Hyperverge, ZS Associates, etc. Almost 95 % of Students get a placement each year. Do the corporate job for 1-2 year then pursue my startup as a full-time.

Course Curriculum Overview:

As I am a student of btech in computer Science. And I choose this course because of high demanding of software developer. As I heard from my senior that college provides minor internship. But this is not enough for a student if he or she wants to get a good job. Students are need to be self dependent and learn skills from themselves. Teachers are only for curriculum activities. I think if placement scenario will improve then it will beneficial for the students. Exams happens 2 time (2 sem) a year and in two class test happens in one semester

Placement Experience:

Collage provides the best placements in the whole chattishgar, it is one of the few collages in the whole country which have a dedicated drone learning ecosystem. In the 2020-2024 session averge placement is around 11.6 LPA, with the higest pakage of 34LPA and lowest of 3.6LPA. Accourding to ratio of eligible candidate and placed candidate, 9-0 percent of then get placed. Not only the placements, collage also helps in finding internships as well.

Placement Experience:

At IIT Bhilai students are eligible for campus placements from the 7th semester however one can earn PPO through internships. Many growing startups offer placements here. The highest package goes up to 42LPA with an average of up to 17LPA after my degree I plan to pursue a career in SDE or SWE roles and then continue my studies for research in PhD with the experience gained here
