Remarks :
Yes the management sucks . Like the faculty the students the staff all are awesome but management is poor.
Entrance Preview :
Cause I only got seat in this college. Also the location is in Delhi NCR . My home is also not far away. Also one of the main reasons is this college is affiliated to IP UNIVERSITY which is among top ranked universities in Delhi and India. Another reason is decent fee structure.
Course Curriculum Overview :
Quite good actually . This is the only college where teachers want to teach u. Your course will be completed before half a month also more than two unit tests are taken to enhance students performance . Course taught is prescribed by GGSIPU. Course for practical is too taught well.
Internships Opportunities :
Yes college provides internships during summer break of 2 months . If you are willing to do internship then college finds a decent internship for you. You can also get your own internship if you want.
Placement Experience :
Not so good on campus placements but students participate in other off campus drives and get selected for good jobs . Also students prepare for government jobs and teacher also provide good support to them . Average package is 3 to 4 lakhs and highest package is 7 lakhs.
College Events :
A lot of events are celebrated . Starting from orientation day the freshers are welcomed warmly . Followed by teachers day celebration . Then comes the freshers party followed by college trip . Then there is Baisakhi and holi celebrations followed by annual college fest and sports day.
Fee Structure And Facilities :
The college annual fee is 96000 which is to be paid in one go. It's feasible but if u r not able to such a amount GGSIPU also provides scholarship to such students for which students have to fill an online form and provide bank details. Hostel fees is 80000 which is somewhat more than the facilities given so find an alternative rather ending up in hostel.
Fees and Financial Aid :
GGSIPU offers scholarship to financially weak students . According to the students total family income GGSIPU provided amount to the student.
Campus Life :
Campus life is awesome . You will find yourself good friends rather a family in faculty too. Also multitalented students such as sportspersons singers painters rappers dancers make the college campus attractive. Moreover campus is big and you will find happiness in every corner.
Hostel Facilities :
Hostel facilities are literally poor like the fees is too much bilut we don't get facilities any near to that amount. Rooms are size of hall and four to five students live in one room. Moreover no separate bathroom a hall with 20 taps to bath . Mess food is average in starting days but gets worse as the semester ends but the variety and menu is okay.
Alumni/Alumna :
Seniors are actually helpful. They help you with syllabus and internships and job connections. Moreover they have advices worth millions which helps students.
Exam Structure :
Two unit tests known as sessional 1 and sessional 2 are there followed by end semester exams . Sessional are taken in college whereas end semester are taken in centre decided by GGSIPU . Sessional are taken seriously and our marks decide our internal marks.
Faculty :
The faculty is quite good . Actually this is more like a school where teachers force u to attend classes. Unlike other classes all subject teachers take their class regularly and provide with more than theoretical knowledge to real life practical problems.
