Remarks

Our college is best. Management must shift from agriculture university to college level then only there can be better growth. Otherwise, it is the best institution to be admitted into.

Entrance Preview

Because I love animals and I was very passionate about wildlife as well. And being with animals it gives me a lot of relief and above all, it is a very progressive Field of science with greater scope and Multisectorial job opportunities. We can diverse to any field of our choice.

Course Curriculum Overview

3

Its designed as per Veterinary council of India recommendation for minimum standards of veterinary education in India and it gives holistic information of animal management, health, ethics and product processing which are the most important branches of animal husbandry l.

Internships Opportunities

Yes, we have to pass 6 months necessary internship after 4 and a half years of study. Stephen is about 5000 per month and we visit various hospital, zoos, Abbatoirs, farms etc.

Placement Experience

3.5

Students can be easily placed into the private sector after passing the degree. There is a huge demand for fresh veterinarians and otherwise, vets can also diversify like further entering into research field, management, teaching para-vets, work in some foreign laboratory.

College Events

5

In college annual sports day is celebrated and there is Intercollege competition for sports which ran for about a week. There is also a youth festival celebration on the inter-college level where different cultural competitions like dancing, singing, acting, painting take place. Additionally annually world veterinary day is also celebrated with a great pomp and show.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Yes, its very feasible annual fees are about 45000 plus every month we are required to pay mess charges which are dependent on the number of diets one had taken and is about 2500 per month. Also being located at a hilly place there are very little additional expenses

Fees and Financial Aid

The scholarship is the only thing which is lacking in the college there is the very little number of scholarships offered like merit Scholarship.

Campus Life

5

In campus we enjoy a lot there is a lot of diverse people from the whole of the state and some students from other states and countries are there. In spite of being a male-dominated field for generations now the gender ratio is actually reverse 60:40 is the girl: boys.

Hostel Facilities

5

4starsI would like to give. The hostel is run under the guidance of warden and there are different hostel secretary appointed amongst students only for performing different tasks of the hostel. The mess is also cooperative and students themselves choose what to eat.

Alumni/Alumna

There is an alumni group on social media wherein we all interact about different aspects of our science and senior are very helpful.

Exam Structure

We have to pass many exams. The pattern is the combination of both annual and semester system we have the midterm and end-term theory and practical for each semester and then after one year annual theory and practical by some external examiners from other universities.

Admission

We have to give entrance exam after applying via online prospectus available and have to be in the merit list of that exam. The exam consists of questions from physics, chemistry, and biology. After the result, people, high in merit list are called for the counselling and thus got admission.

Faculty

5

All the faculty is highly educated and are masters of their subject. The only constraint being less faculty but new recruitments are happening so now it's sufficient. They are very encouraging and helpful and guides all the students in the best possible manner. They conduct all the practical which is quite a rare thing compared to other parts of the nation.

Course Curriculum Overview:

This course gives you the right to treat animals and pursuing you a very respectful degree. There is no improvement I need in course curriculum and teaching methods because the teachers are so experienced and the teachers are studies from a very high rated institute such as IVRI Bareilly. The difficulty level of exams is moderate and it is not easy like other degrees such as Btech, Biotechnology etc. You have to study so hard and regularly.

Course Curriculum Overview:

When I didn't get into MBBS at first, I used to run away from veterinary because it was never my first choice, but as I kept growing, I got to know the opportunities and vastness of this field, which motivated me to keep going. You can do whatever you want after BBVSc, be it a government job as an VO or preparing for civil services, or you can open your own clinic in any city. Exams happen every 3 months or 3 times, which you have to pass so that you can sit in final exams that happen just after the 3rd internals. Internals usually are easy, while final exams are moderate and hard, along with the practicals also.
