Lala Lajpat Rai University of Veterinary & Animal Sciences (LUVAS), Hisar, offers the Veterinary and Livestock Development Diploma (VLDD), a two-year para-veterinary program under its Institute of Para Veterinary Sciences (IPVS). The total fee is around INR 33,700 (INR 14,000 tuition + INR 19,700 one-time charges).
Admission for the UG Diploma in Veterinary at LUVAS (Hisar), both Veterinary & Livestock Development Diploma (VLDD) and Diploma in Veterinary Laboratory Technology (DVLT), begins with the online application window. The admisison has opened, the last date for application will be 31st July, 2025.
To get admission in UG programs at LUVAS, candidates are required to hold a valid score in 10+2 level examination. Admission to B.V.Sc. & AH and DVLT will now be granted on the basis of the candidate's performance in NEET-UG conducted by NTA.
Admission to B.tech. (Dairy Technology) will be granted on the basis of an entrance exam conducted by the institute itself.

For in-service candidates, the upper age limit is 50 years. Admission to the program will be made on the basis of a combined merit list of NEET (UG) conducted by NTA.
