Course Curriculum Overview

I did not choose this course based on the subjects. The curriculum does not prepare us for the real world as it only gives theoretical knowledge and which is of no to very little use after graduation.

Class Size: 200Course Fees: INR 12000 per year

Internships Opportunities

I did not get any internship so I don't exactly know about it. Bit the internship opportunities were not good at all. They were not suitable to the students and were mostly unpaid or underpaid and in many internships the stipend was performed based.

Placement Experience

Final year students become eligible for placements. Various companies visit the campus but still it is not enough. There is no 100% placement guarantee. The package these companies offer is way too less.

Fees and Financial Aid

The fees at DU is very minimal, easy to afford for the majority of its students. Not very good campus placements. It can be better. Scholarship or financial aids are available for students amd their fee amount is reimbursed.

Campus Life

Campus life at DU is good, one of the best things about DU. There are various clubs and societies and all of this promotes extra curricular activities and leadership qualities in students. Apart from academics it provides something else to do.

Admission

Application process was easy, but the examination took place quite late. The cutoffs are generally very high and reservations make it even more difficult for general category students to get seats. Eas are held every 5-6 months

Faculty

Some of the faculty at department of commerce was indeed very good. They have good knowledge of their subjects. They try to make the subject easy and relatable for students. They put in their maximum efforts.

LIFE AT IGNOU

Course Curriculum Overview:

1 Everything will be followed based on that schedule have been created by university. 2 all related to life based projects, assignment, practical providing by faculty to student for better understanding of course. 3 feedback from university need to be improved, change methods of teaching little bit improvement on structural. 4. Exam are conducted 2 times in every year , on last month of semester also increase the level of exam that challenge student .

IGNOU Best Way to Study Further

Course Curriculum Overview:

Definitely it helped me to pursue my further studies. As now i am master in commerce so i am applying for jobs availale for post graduate level. IGNOU conducts examination twice a year in June and December.

Review of Mcom life DU

Placement Experience:

In m.com second year placement process starts and delliote is mass recruiter of this college as it places around 40 students and some students around 20 be placed in other mid size companies. DSE average pakage is 7.5 lakhs and highest around 11 lakh in 2023-34 DSE offers placement to all colleges mcom students as post graduation m.com classes of whole DU held in DSE itself. So total around 60 students get placed from college. From total DU m.com 360 students. Students are go for further studies after this course.

Overall College life experience.

Along with Gargi college I chose some North campus colleges too because of high NIRF ranking . Due to high cut-off and belonging from a general category usually students are not able to crack north campus colleges. This is the main reason why competition is high and seats are less of we look at yearly registrations. You need to give CUET right after completing 12th standard in order to get into top ranked colleges. This college is not good enough for upgrading skill and knowledge.

I have applied many college such as IPU and other colleges of DU IPU have very costly and expensive fees structure where in DU have cheap. But DU addmission is based on CUET marks.
