Course Curriculum Overview :

The curriculum in this college is the best. We mostly focus on practical classes called "Industrial training". Nearly 65 - 70% of the classes is this industrial training where we learn the latest technologies in computer science field like c++, Java, DSA, web development, etc,...

Internships Opportunities :

Many companies provide internship opportunities in our college. Companies like Amazon, Service Now, JP Morgan have recruited many interns this year. They encourage us to apply for internships ourselves too...

Placement Experience :

Placements are very good in this college. They aim for 100% placements every year. The average package here is 6LPA. Many students get high packages in off campus placements too... Overall, placements are very good

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

Tution fees for an year is 1.5 lakh and Hostel fees varies from 1.4 lakh to 1.8 lakh based on your preferences. Tution fees and hostel fees will be increased every 2 years I guess. Other than this, you need to pay exam fees which would be around 8k per annum. In terms of scholarships, you can avail any government scholarships like Community scholarship, First graduate scholarship etc,...

Campus Life :

Cultural festivals, events, happen very rarely. No importance for festivals. Library here is very good with a lot of resources and good atmosphere. No specific importance for sports. You can join the team and practice in your free time.

Admission :

I joined the college through TNEA counseling. The minimum cutoff required for my course was 192/200. This varies every year based on student interests. There is 7.5% reservation quota by tamilnadu government. 60% reservation for government quota ( those who join by TNEA counseling) remaining 40% can get management quota seats.

Faculty :

Faculties are not that much experienced because the course I am studying is introduced just 2 years ago. But they contribute enough to make ourselves clear on the topic. Faculties are very friendly and always encouraging.

Other Applied Colleges

PSG Institute of Technology and Applied Research - [PSG iTech] | Bachelor of Engineering [BE] (Artificial Intelligence and Data Science)

I didn't get seat for the cutoff marks I had in TNEA counseling

Placement Experience:

It's a name that almost every student get places in this college. They have high placement record. But during recession time it's a bit tough for people to secure good jobs. People having jobs currently are makin sure their job is safe . So now irrespective of college during recession period it's hard to get a good high paying software job. It alll depends on our skill. We need to develop it

Remarks:

The management should take care of the college and should try to improve the surrounding in which it is situated. The higher authorities of the university should visit this campus on a regular basis and should always keep a check on the functioning of the system.
