Remarks :

To get into the university you have to get over a certain cutoff in the JEE Mains. Different branches have different cutoffs. The admission process is quite smooth, the real struggle is inside the college requirements.

Course Curriculum Overview :

The advancement of mechanical engineering over the years really intrigued me to pursue this course. In my college, we proudly say that we are from the ROYAL mechanical branch which is a subtle flex, to be honest. The course curriculum is good.

Class Size : 215Course Fees : INR 200000 per year

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

The annual fee is 200000. The fee structure is quite constant over the years so there are no such hikes in it. There are plenty of scholarships available for the students to help with their college and hostel fees which really helps the students.

Campus Life :

There are 3 major fests in the college namely Maffick, Techno and the E-Summit. Among the three the E-Summit is the best as it not only includes artists but entrepreneurship conclave guests as well and it really inspires.

Hostel Facilities :

There are 12 hostels in the campus 10 for boys and 2 for girls. The prices are also not that much for 3 people sharing the room it's 15500 only. The mess food is just like any other mess food that is okayish.

Hostel Fee : INR 15500 per year

Faculty :

The faculty-to-student ratio is about 1:100 that is 1 teacher on 100 students which can really impact the focus on the student. We can interact with the teacher on a daily basis which helps in approachability.

A Real Review not baised of TIT Bhopal

Placement Experience:

Actually from the mid of third year i.e. 6th (semester starting) you are eligible for the placements and the placement cell will start to register every student with eligible criteria i.e. no backlogs and cgpa criteria is based on the company. idk in exact numbers but tit is good in terms of placement but due to covid ressession is going on and number of placements are less in 2024 but still the college somehow manage to get some placements for the students.

A good and genuine and also personal experience about IIITDMJ

i would say this year the placements are decent when compared to other lower nits as we have the 3 package above 1 crore and also the avereage package is 1927000 according to the college website. For CSE deparment the placements are good and for ECE department they are decent and for ME and SM branches they are poor considerably. from the information i know and what i listened and collected from seniors of the college.
