Remarks

The management has a very long old record and is very helpful to students. As being a college, there are to fights, protest in college which makes a perfect college environment molding a student to a man.

Entrance Preview

This is one of the best colleges in Kerala which guarantees the perfect academics with extracurricular activities. Most of the college's in Kerala are privately owned with high fees. But when we look on to the government college's, they do lack the quality of the best college. This stands out from rest of the colleges with a very good placement record and a constantly working placement and carrier guidance cell. Moreover, it has more than 600 seats available every year with almost zero tuition fee.

Course Curriculum Overview

4.5

The college strictly follows academic of the Kerala technological University and comes in the top positions when compared with other 160 college's in Kerala. The teachers are seriously evaluated every then and now so the portions are completed accordingly.

Internships Opportunities

The present situation about the university doesn't allow you to do long internships, and basically, the long internships are paid. So getting a stipend is difficult but still, the college makes sure that every student attends a minimum of 2 internships at the college level.

Placement Experience

3.5

We have The functioning carrier and guidance cell working in our college. More than 60% of the students get a job before leaving college. They do organize training in how to sit for an interview and crack the aptitude exams. Every departmental student gets the opportunity to sit for an interview with core companies rather than just IT companies.

College Events

5

A bunch of active clubs function at college and not even a single day, the college is silent. Starting from the annual technical fest, annual arts fest, women's day, vibes, ragam, national level conferences, separate departmental fest, annual conferences, sorts meet makes college perfect

Fee Structure And Facilities

The annual college fee for the merit students who seek admission to college by Kerala entrance is just very little and is about 10,000. The management students may not have the college fee per year but an initial sum of 15,00,000/- makes it expensive.

Fees and Financial Aid

There are a bunch of scholarships for the students from the minority community that is available from the government. Apart from that hostel reduction from the college and alumni association also provides scholarships.

Campus Life

3.5

The college is couple friendly and is always maintains it's the vibe. The gender ratio is about 3boys to every 2 girls. Well furnished labs, separate courts for all sports including squash and tennis is also available. Competitions range from technical to the cultural level.

Hostel Facilities

5

The hostel is one of it's kind in Kerala. The mess is organized completely by students and it's not profitable. The hostel has rooms on sharing basis and on a single basis. The hostel has a canteen, badminton courts, basketball courts, gym, free WiFi areas, entertainment room, reading room etc.

Alumni/Alumna

There is a large record of alumni available at the college. A well functioning alumni association functions at the college. They are very helpful in placements and in raising other funds.

Exam Structure

The whole course is divided into 8 semesters and the semester exams are conducted generally in April and December time. Apart from that, the internals is carried out every month and retests are provided for the weak students. Sufficient breaks are provided on every exam making sure ample time is allotted for the best of students.

Admission

There are 2 ways to get admission to TKM college. The first option is via KEAM or the Kerala entrance exam. But getting a fair rank is necessary to qualify the cutoff. The next method is by the management seats, but the openings are only 10% of the total seats and that too with large sums which only the large shots aim at.

Faculty

4

We have a range of best to average teachers. Most of them have a doctoral degree and academic wise, they do Excel. They are very supportive in all the student project or innovations and constantly support students in all situations. They are paid by the government and hence they have to qualify the government criteria which makes them perfect.

The campus placements are decent. getting placed in a big company is more about having the technical and soft skills to pass the interviews. the placement training helps us develop soft skills but the technical skills must be developed ourselves.
