Dislikes
- The college is very strict in rules and regulations. The timing of our classes is not upto my satisfaction.
- The final dropback of my college is the attendance issue. Students are not allowed to even gossip a bit between classes.
Course Curriculum Overview :
The curriculum is very vast and broad covering all the important aspects and topics. The commerce field covers everything under the sun, be it tax and audit, economics, management studies, data analytics and so on. It helped me gain a lot of knowledge and skills which will surely help me on the future. There is one improvement needed in the practical approach to the course curriculum. Theoretical knowledge is given more importance with a focus on exams and marks. Teaching methods are satisfactory with individual attention and clearing of doubts in sufficient time. Exams in general cover the scope of the entire syllabus and test on all important topics and knowledge. Difficulty level is good which is also needed to ensure that students are serious with their studies. Overall, the education system is very satisfactory and the course is intriguing to pursue.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
The course is no doubt expensive and it is justified owing to the brand name our college provides and the ample opportunities available after the knowledge and skills gained here. Around 2.5 lakhs is incurred in the complete pursuation of this course and might be expensive for the lower income families. Scholarships are available both on the basis of merit and financial needs. Students must fulfill all the necessary eligibility in order to get full benefits of the scholarship. Our father principal is very generous and provides fee waiver of different amounts to different students. Besides, full scholarship is awarded to the most deserving students. The placement procedure is very smooth and efficient. Ample opportunities are given to students with proper growth and development scope. The remuneration is always satisfactory and helps a student cope up with his financial needs.
Campus Life :
The college has so many fests coming up every month with adequate opportunities for students to participate in them and Excel. Cultural fests are organised annually in full fledge in the month of February with singers coming from renowned places and the atmosphere is full of excitement and happiness. The library facility is excellent with all books of different authors and genres available. There is peaceful atmosphere for students to concentrate on their studies. Classrooms are airy comfortable and clean with no overcrowding of students. Lights, fans and air conditioning rooms ensure the comfort and relaxing atmosphere for students to study in. Extracurricular activities are given same importance as studies and sports day take place annually. Different societies and social services groups ensure networking benefits to students and enhance their other hobbies and skills.
Admission :
The admission Process is no doubt smooth, fast, easy and efficient. The course has an eligibility of 90% Marks scored in 12th board examinations and must include mathematics as a compulsory subject. The application form is available online in college website at the right time with all the structure of the fees properly mentioned and the last dates given. Students can apply as per their convenience and requirements. Reservation benefits are available to the SC, ST and backward classes. Christian students are also considered for reservation and their eligible marks is a bit lower than general students. Alumni reference can also play a role in admission. Exams are held in best time after proper education has been provided by professors. Exams cover the entire scope of study and provide us with the necessary guidance to test our abilities.
Faculty :
The faculty is always top-notch at our college. Professors from varied institutions come together to provide us with the necessary guidance and education. They are very knowledgeable and have mastered excellence. Students in a particular classroom are a good match to the professor indicating that classes are not overcrowded and there is ample scope to give individual attention. The learning experience is fun and comfortable with all doubts properly cleared and important concepts made understandable in a easy to understand language. Professors are very punctual and disciplined. No commotion in class is tolerated. They give their best to cover the syllabus in required time and give room for revision. The question paper covers the entire scope of learning and helps a student excel. Interaction with professors is always pleasurable and interesting with no disturbance or negligence on their side.
