The college have a nice infrastructure .
The weather is pleasant and no disturbance around the college

Dislikes

All are good but the college fests are less than the other colleges

Course Curriculum Overview :

My course is CSE (Computer Science and Engineering). This is a course for software jobs, this course helped me to know more about coding, alogorithms and many more including real world examples and etc.

Class Size : 70Course Fees : INR 154000 per year

Placement Experience :

As you all know the 2023 placements in every college had been fallen and same here. The placement in this is not so high and the placement rate is also less than average. From my insights the highest package is about 35LPA and avg is about 11LPA and least is 5 to 6 LPA. I am informing you the placement percent is less than average. There is no confirmation that all the students are placed the merit is the one which gives you confidence.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

The fee structure of the course in my college is about 2 Lakh per semester and which makes 4 Lakh approx per year it may be a huge amount but there is a scholarship known as NSP which refunds the amount for merit students and *this is not for general students* and here student loan is also available if want to know about that you can contact to the campus staff they will explain regarding the loan and it's procedure.

Campus Life :

The campus life is good and there are many places around our college to explore, The fest are conducted rare and less in our college but neglect about fests the only enjoyment which can be earned is by friends. So gather a group of friends and chill with them. This is the best I can say.

Hostel Facilities :

The campus will provide a cot, desk, chair and an almirah. Remaining all the necessary items should be brought by you. The quality of food is poor here we had complained regarding that but there not so much improvement. The registration process and hosel affordability will be said by campus staff.

Hostel Fee : INR 43000 per year

Admission :

The admission to our college is through taking the exam Jee Main conducted by NTA and no other options to apply for the college. The last year cutoff for CSE is about 55000 to 65000 general rank in CSAB. The application fee and date will be informed by NTA. You must qualify in JEE MAIN in order to secure a seat in this college.

Faculty :

The educational background of the lectures are impressive and the teaching experience of many have about 7 to 10 years and some of them will be interacted is also good they help alot in many things they recognise the talent of students.

A good college for only study

Placement Experience:

Placements are good enough for IT fields and you will get a decent amount of package. But if you want core placements we may get a few companies with few jobs so you should be competitive enough to crack these. Last year our college got the highest package of 52LPA. An average package is around 7.5 LPA.

A Journey of a lifetime

Placement Experience:

Google, Amazon, and Texas Instruments to name a few are the companies that visit our campus. NITK has always topped placement drives with most of its students being recruited. The highest package offered was 52 LPA. The average package is 11 LPA.

Life at NMIT

Placement Experience:

From 3rd year that means 5th-semester students can be eligible to get placements in the college. IBM, TCS, AMAZON, etc. big companies visited our college for placements. The highest package offered here is 30 LPA and the least will be on average around 500000 to 600000. I am going to the US for further studies after Engineering

Remarks:

there are no raging so you fill free and no one distribute you while you are studying. normally in our hostel 6-8 pm is a study time then 8'o clock dinner is started after you finish your dinner you can go for roaming in our college campus. after 9'o clock hostel get will be close so all student have to come to hostel on time and again 10'o clock study time start.
