Despite the fact that it is a tier 2 college,the faculty here is good.
The college provide big library where you can study with your friends.

Dislikes

If you are going to take admission in this college then you should forget about the cultural fest because the cultural fest itself has forgotten us.We don't have enough space for cultural fest,we just have big buildings for studies.
They don't provide good placement as per course fee.

Course Curriculum Overview :

The course curriculum is relevant and comprehensive,with practical projects aiding real worl application.It prepares well for practical use and further studies .To improve,more interdisciplinary topics and industry collaboration could be included.Balanced exam schedule with challenging yet fair assessment are ideal for learning and skill evaluation.

Internships Opportunities :

From 3rd semester you can go for internship opportunity. Here big companies come frequently and provide internships to the students.Sometimes its paid internship and sometimes it's just for experience.

Placement Experience :

Campus placement start from the sixth semester with top companies visiting.Various roles are offered with competitive average package.The percentage of students getting placement is generally high.After my degree ,I plan to explore job opportunities in my field and continue learning through professional development programs.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

The tuition fee increases annually,and the total cost includes tuition, service fees,and other charges.Scholarships are available, including merit and need-based options. Campus employment roles vary, providing stipends for students work.

Campus Life :

We don't have any cultural fest but hackathons happen frequently. We have big library of 5 floors,where we can find any kind of books to study. And also private chambers too to study with your friends.

Admission :

The admission process is straightforward with clear eligibility criteria and entrance exams. Application form are online with 0 fees and deadlines.The reservation benefits are available.Exams are regular and fair.Communication and feedback could be improved for a better experience.

Faculty :

The faculty-to-student ratio is 1:60 and because of this faculty can't give proper attention to all the students doubts. Faculty sometimes gives right mentorship to certain students. We can interact with teachers anytime.

According to seniors , placements are good and decent comparing to other nits . After 6 semester , company are hiring for placements . Many companies has visited more than enough . Highest package I seen in 23 is 1.12 CR in rubrik from senior . My plans after degree is doing sde job at company.

7th semester students are eligible for the placement criteria . Average company are visiting our college the provide decent package of 3-10 lakh . Highest package offer is 10 lakh this Year. 98% of students are placed this year. My plan is to do private job as a software engineer.

KIIT- The Real Truth Of College

Course Curriculum Overview:

Course curriculum is similar to all the colleges. but the extra curricular facilities provided by the college, differen societies present in differen domain will help you in growing your skills and knowledge in your sector. College keep organising tech fest, alumini meet, and global awareness meeting to keep the students up to date with present world. Course curriculum can be improved, I personally think, many new elective subjects are added which are not beneficial for my stream CSE.And the attendace is very compulsury for getting ood marks. Smart Boards and White Board teaching ares used which depends on teacher's choice. There is normally two exams in a semester , midsem of 20 marks in time 1hr 30 min, and endsem exam of 50 marks in 3 hr, and the rest marks depend on subject faculty. Mostly examination level is normal , if you are good student you can cover the syllabus in 1 week before exam.

Good facilities that needs to be grabbed.

Placement Experience:

The placement scenario for now it not that good. There is regression going on so the companies aren't taking that many students. From the 3rd year you are eligible for placements. 450 companies came this year for placements making 5200 job offers. The highest placement this year was 63 lacs by Yugabyte. Average CTC is 8.5 lacs in all streams. Mass recruiters like Accenture, Cognizant, Capgemini, Mindtree, Bosch, Ericsson, IBM etc. Many other notable companies that visited are Bain & Company, CME group, DE shaw & co, JP Morgan Chase etc. According to kiit website, 90% students are placed. 2100 students also got internships via capstone route. My plans after getting the degree is to do a job for some years and then after getting some experience I want to do a startup.
