Course Curriculum Overview :

Laboratory setups are so good and they have qualified lab assistants to help us with the instruments and experiments. We have about 8 to 10 experiments per semester so that in a single semester we learn to handle a number of experiments and instruments. The classes start from 8:50 in the morning till 4:35 evening. The reason why I choose to join this college is because of the research background. More effective PhD works are being done in the college.

Class Size : 42Course Fees : INR 212320 per year

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

Tuition fee is 212320 per annum, for Arts and Science students. Internship offers are available from the faculties who have many contacts in and out of India. Also placements are available for engineering and arts and students from even banks and other reputed companies.

Campus Life :

There is no shortage of cultural events and other festival celebrations in Amrita. Celebrations such as Onam, Pongal, Ganesh Chaturthi and Ugadi are the most celebrated ones. There are many clubs in which two of the clubs called Natya Sudha for dance and ragasudha for music are the most famous. Also there are groups amritamai, ananthamai and jyotirmai which are separated by different streams of courses. Techfest and Gokulashtami are the other two main programs being conducted once in every year in the college. Also no programs or celebrations in the college is complete without the performance of Natya Sudha and ragasudha.

Hostel Facilities :

There are three hostels for girls and total of eight hostels for boys in the campus. In the girls hostels Mythreyi bhavanam is for UG students and Gargi bhavanam for PG students. Aditi bhavanam is for engineering students. The hostel timings is like morning 6:30 to night 8:30 for girls and morning 6:30 to night 10 o'clock for boys. One main big Central kitchen is the one which provides food for all 11 hostels. Food is prepared in a hygienic way and is supplied in a Buffet way.

Hostel Fee : INR 80000 per year

Admission :

We can find all the important queries about the admissions in they online Amrita intranet portal. The selection of students for any courses is done in two ways. One is by evaluating their 12th marks in physics, chemistry, mathematics and Biology. The other way is by conducting an examination via online or offline according to our convenience and followed by an interview. Those who get qualified for both will be selected for the course.

Faculty :

All our faculties are always approachable to clear any simple doubts we have and they take time to make us understand they topics well. They also provide moral support if needed for us and also are highly qualified in the area of their subject.

something i know abt BIHER

Placement Experience:

from begining of 6 semester we are eligible for campus placement. we get lots of oppoutuninties in startup company which are suggest by our faculty. my frieds of other department get placed in ags healthcare. salary package is around 2 lpa.they wont take by percentage they check our communication level and they give aptitude test.if we selected they give offer letter.

Honest review of Vellalar College for Women

Course Curriculum Overview:

I chose this course because I want to become a mathematical statistical officer. The student ratio in our UG batch was 110 students. We were divided into two classes. The qualification of the maximum faculties is MSC, while some of them have done their Ph.D. The overall teaching is good but it could have been improved. The exams were easy to pass if you studied the previous year's semester question papers.

A College of Heaven

Course Curriculum Overview:

This college is a famous one and it is studied by many higher officials. The faculty is very good and talented, students ratio is 500:900. All teachers were educated by Ph.D. and each teacher has their own capability. Exam papers are very good and were easy to pass the since where questions were interactive.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I am very much interested in mathematics since my childhood days so I have chosen it. faculty: student ratio 2:15 . The faculty have completed Ph.D. in mathematics and innovative teaching method. The exams were a little tough but when you study clearly the concepts thought by the faculty it will be very much easier.
