Environment is very good, good vibe with lots of plantation and the whole area is full of plants and the morning here is like a blessing for all the students as well as the cozy nature helps you to fill the life and be a passionate person .

Dislikes

As a degree college it don't have that good placement record and most of the students don't go for placements as wellm

Course Curriculum Overview :

The course curriculum is up to the mark. The Courses always evolving and always changing for the betterment of students. It's the best part amongst all the areas of RKMRC. You can expect overall growth and character-building in these four years.

Class Size : 30Course Fees : INR 34000 per year

Internships Opportunities :

Internship opportunities are there but not so many. As a degree college students are more inclined to higher studies rather than doing internships. The connection of the teachers are very good so they arrange internships if someone need them.

Placement Experience :

There are placements every year but most of the students go for higher education but those who want to do job placements are there you can go for that. PWC, ACC CEMENT, PLANET SPARK, HSBC BANK, and so many companies visit the college every year.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

Fees structure is reasonable. Admission fees are around 35 thousand. Monthly expenses are around 5000. Scholarships are available from the government of West Bengal as well as DST(AROUND 60000 PER YEAR). If you are not from that privileged background they give you financial assistance. Campus placements are there if you want you can go for that.

Campus Life :

The environment is very good. Good vibe and good natural beauty. A bit of spirituality and the essence of self-enlightenment are also good environments for reading and studying all amenities are there for a student. Books are available in the college library. Sports meets are held.

Hostel Facilities :

Hostel is very good. 4 hostels for college only also good quality food and every time they serve you a nutritious food with good amount of deliciousness. They also change the mills for student and there are veg and non veg options for students.

Hostel Fee : INR 4000 per year

Admission :

Any student who has completed his 10 + 2 can apply for Ramakrishna mission residential college. You can buy the form rkmrc campus. Reservation is as per india govt rules. The exam is semester based and there will be a mid-semester exam in between semester exams. Admission process is very smooth and transparent. If you are good at your academics then you can go for RKMRC.

Faculty :

Faculty members are really very good. But as all institutions many teachers are really good hat's of to them as well as some are average and there are only 2-3 teachers I can name them but not here. It's over all good.

Advantages of joining Adamas University

Placement Experience:

The placements provided by adamas university are really good, it basically depends on the student and his own knowledge and skills, but still the placements of adamas are really good. For biochemistry, placements are good only after masters. After Bsc there are jobs but they won't pay that much which you can get after completing Msc. And there are very few jobs of biochemistry in India. But you'll have a great scope in abroad.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The Course curriculum & faculty members are quite good, 1st of all I have preferred Bsc Biotech because of my extreme interest in genetic engineering & upcoming situations of Covid 19. Also, this subject has a possibility for a Blooming future in the upcoming days of the Pandemic/epidemic. The Faculty in This college is quite good & The laboratory benefits & materials are also Supportive & workable, This college provides one of the oldest Biotech labs in West Bengal. The student ratio is also balanced. Saying about Qualification of the faculty, The Professors have atleast 6-10 yrs of teaching exp and research performs in their career, they are all friendly & supportive and helps us to explore more in this subject The term exams are Moderate & have standard questions.

Remarks:

This college still today stands to be among the first choice of every student in the hooghly district and 2nd in the Burdwan University. The only negative part is that this college has a very high political presence in the campus. Though the present government said that they oppose such strong political holds in colleges but still this words has not been kept.
