Course Curriculum Overview :

Computer science and engineering is a course which have good scope forever. As the technology is developing in our country scope also become high. Syllabus of the university is not too hard or easy. It gives importance to develop our programming skills.

Class Size : 72Course Fees : INR 14000 per year

Placement Experience :

From semester 6 you are eligible for campus placement. A lot of companies with average 3lpa visited for placement. More than 45 Students from CS department got placed in 2022. The highest package is 7.2 LPA

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

Since it is a government college our fee structure is very law and affordable also there is alot of of scholarship that we can apply. If you have any reservation like scheduled cast or tribe or OEC you don't want to pay fees.

Campus Life :

We have an annual national level multifest called invento which provide a lot oppertunity to students to develop their all kind of skills. We have options to develop our volunteering skills like NSS. There's a lot of clubs like IEEE,GDSC,ISTE. Infrastructure is unique.

Hostel Facilities :

We have college mens hostel and ladies hostel which can accomodate around 370 students. College admission is based on distance from your home and your income. Keam rank also consider for admission.previous semester grade will also considered.

Hostel Fee : INR 36000 per year

Admission :

Admission process is not hard and you are eligible only if you have scored the minimum cutoff mark in keam exam. You will get admission in CSE if you have got around 5000 rank in keam in general category. Around 12000 rank you will get if you have obh reservation

Faculty :

Faculties in this college are well qualified and have years of experience in teaching. ability of teachers to develop skills in students is excellent. They are very helpful minded and friendly so that students have not much stress

NIT Cailcut-The Good,Bad and the Ugly

Placement Experience:

Students can apply for campus placements by the beginning of the 4th year.High paying companies are attracted by the placement cell which offer good packages to the students. The average packages for the circuital branch are pretty high. Each year about 200 companies are invited. The highest package for Electrical and Electronics has gone upto 38LPA with average package of about 14LPA in the graduation year 2024.About 128 students had registered out of which 120 students were placed.The minimum salary offered was 5LPA.

Is engineering here worth it?

Placement Experience:

Students are eligible from 7th semester to sit for interviews. The pod.ai app helps us in making the resume and calculating a cgpa to appear for the intwrviews. The pod.ai registration fees is 500?. Companies such as nissan,infosys,commandtech,bimlabs,gulfasia etc has visited . And the highest package was 11 LPA and lowest was 3 LPA
