Course Curriculum Overview :

The schedule is quite tight. The semesters are short they are rushing for no reason. We don't get proper breaks. It's eith In between exams or before exam. No proper vacation to enjoy. Syllabus is quite tough but we could pass if given a little attention

Placement Experience :

As far as I know the Coll provides good placement.students from 3rd year will be eligible for placements. tata had visited the College and I guess few students got placed. Mano of the Sri without backlogs get place

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

I got in to the college through an entrance examinaction my fee is 51830 per year. There are many studenwho have scholarships and they get to study in the coll for free. There is also tech fest and you must pay for that it will be 1500 rs approximately

Campus Life :

SAAYA is the arts fest conducted each year. ATHMA is the tech fest conducted each year. There are many social groups and professional societies run by students ieee sb awh is currently active in the college.

Admission :

You should pass 12th with 60% I guess. I cracked an entrance exam to get in . You could also get admission in managem Quota the fee for management and keam is actua the same. There are no interviews.

Faculty :

In my department there are more than 8 faculties and each of them are well qualified. Our previous hod did her phd from nit Calicut. All thes staff have a masters degree. The teachers are really good at teaching.

NIT Cailcut-The Good,Bad and the Ugly

Placement Experience:

Students can apply for campus placements by the beginning of the 4th year.High paying companies are attracted by the placement cell which offer good packages to the students. The average packages for the circuital branch are pretty high. Each year about 200 companies are invited. The highest package for Electrical and Electronics has gone upto 38LPA with average package of about 14LPA in the graduation year 2024.About 128 students had registered out of which 120 students were placed.The minimum salary offered was 5LPA.

Is engineering here worth it?

Placement Experience:

Students are eligible from 7th semester to sit for interviews. The pod.ai app helps us in making the resume and calculating a cgpa to appear for the intwrviews. The pod.ai registration fees is 500?. Companies such as nissan,infosys,commandtech,bimlabs,gulfasia etc has visited . And the highest package was 11 LPA and lowest was 3 LPA
