About MEAEC
MEA Engineering College was established in 2002 and is situated at Perinthalmanna, Malappuram, Kerala. It is the first NAAC accredited self-financing college in the engineering stream and has been awarded B+ Grade by the same. NBA has also accredited the college with 3 years of accreditation for CSE & MECH.

The admission at the institute is based on the fulfillment of selection and eligibility criteria for all the programmes.
How To Apply?
- Candidates can download the application form from the official website of the college, or
- Candidates can take physical form from the college office by making payment of INR 600 in cash or INR 650 by post in the form of Demand Draft.
- Application form downloaded from the website needs to be submitted along with the Demand Draft of INR 600 in favor of The Principal, MEA Engineering College payable at Perinthalmanna.
- The detailed filled form shall be submitted directly at college or through a registered post with A/D to the college, on or before the mentioned date.

MEA Engineering College Placement 2023
The college takes care of the placement of the eligible students through its Career Guidance & Placement Unit (CGPU). The CGPU provides the students with the training of the skills required during the interview.

In order to get govt. Seat you should have cracked KEAM entrance exam. The cutoff changes every year. You can apply for keam by going directly to their website. Otherwise you can join in NRI quota as well if you are not keam qualified

I did chosen this college because it is the best and student friendly college in malappuram district. There is more many courses there. Student friendly infrastructure and student friendly faculties. I loved this college so much.

Application form to apply is available in the campus office. An amount of 500 is to be paid as application fees which I quite don't like at all .Eligibility of the course is to pass either KEAM or JEE exams.

- I am very disappointed about faculties.Only few faculties are well teaching.Also there is no supports from faculties in terms of teaching and valuation.Students fail exams only because of faculties.
- Also college fees are little high.They provide unwanted fees from students.

The eligibility for the b.tech course is at least 50%peecentage in PCM. A student who has written the KEAM in engineering can apply for the government and management quota. A student who didn't write, KEAM can apply in the NRI quota. There will concession in fee structure by looking at your +2 percentage .there will be other scholarships also be available in this college

And attended the lateral entry test conducted by the LBS center for science and technology. And I am allowed to the third semester of this course. The college is nice and works under Samantha Kerala jhamhiyyathul ulama with an Islamic ambience, the college is standard and the syllabus is under ktu - Apj Abdul kalam technological University Thiruvananthapuram. Keam is the main entrance exam taken by the college for the admission process, a rank greater than 30000 can easily get admission to the college, jee is also taken by the college.

I Applied for the IIT Nit skit but my selection is by MEA because of JEE mains. I am from the general category and I complete jee mains that's why I got admission in Mea, But Mea engineering college is a wonderful college in Kerala, Good lecture, teachers, campus, .. etc.

It was my passion it is difficult course faculties and students are in 1:30 ratio with two teachers for one subject in a class of 60 students there is University exam which has to be prepared very well now Mtech is the qualification for teaching you need to work hard if teacher is not good to pass exam yearly is University exams conducted and there will be test also before it to get internal marks teachers are very strict
