Course Curriculum Overview :

The curriculum really helps me to gain experience in the field of study. I chose engineering because it's my passion. I love to solve problems and find solution for each problems. We worked on many projects which helped us in improving our knowledge and gain experience in real world applications. Teaching methods are really excellent no changes are needed. Difficulty level of exam depends on the question paper setter where as we have 2 internals and one final exam since we are autonomous college.

Class Size : 50Course Fees : INR 75000 per year

Placement Experience :

Internship from first year itself but placement from 4th year, as of i remember companies visited are HPE, Oracle, Sony India, akamai technologies, D E shaw, Nutanix etc many companies visited and mang offers were made. Highest package was for DE shaw 5200000, average is around 8-10 lpa percentage of student getting placement is more than 70, my plan is to get a job in a good company

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

Fee for cet students used to be 58000 and some extra charges. And for comedk : 230000 and for management it used to be around 400000. They approve all the scholarships. Talking about placements wonderful placements at nitte well known companies with good package approach us. This year due to recession there are quite less companies but still better than other colleges

Campus Life :

Wonderful experience, there are lots of clubs in our college I was a part of Taaleem the acting club of nitte we participated in many competitions and won prizes it really helped me to gain experience and improve my social skills.

Hostel Facilities :

Good rooms clean washrooms and nice food and facilities hostel facilities are really good we get breakfast lunch snacks and dinner we have options like South or north mess and also there are few good pgs out there .

Hostel Fee : INR 80000 per year

Admission :

Now nitte is a university for us it was an autonomous college affiliated to vtu but now people are required to write NUCAT examinations it's basically like CET mcqs will be there based on that score branches will be allotted.

Faculty :

There are lots of faculties in our college. Each one of them is really well educated and experienced, most of them have completed their PhD too. Faculties are very friendly in all the branches. In my branch that is in Information Science and Engineering faculties are very friendly and approachable. Whenever we have doubts we used to go to them they treated us as their own friends and cleared all our doubts. Teaching methods are really nice and understandable.

A good college for only study

Placement Experience:

Placements are good enough for IT fields and you will get a decent amount of package. But if you want core placements we may get a few companies with few jobs so you should be competitive enough to crack these. Last year our college got the highest package of 52LPA. An average package is around 7.5 LPA.

From 3rd year that means 5th-semester students can be eligible to get placements in the college. IBM, TCS, AMAZON, etc. big companies visited our college for placements. Remarks:

there are no raging so you fill free and no one distribute you while you are studying. normally in our hostel 6-8 pm is a study time then 8'o clock dinner is started after you finish your dinner you can go for roaming in our college campus. after 9'o clock hostel get will be close so all student have to come to hostel on time and again 10'o clock study time start.
